04-15-2025: NEVER USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD HERE. Now I'm out of my money and food! Used my card like EVERYTIME before & AS SOON as the older woman thats always rude swiped my card it came off my account. First they tried to tell me because it's "pending" it didn't go through. I called my bank and they confirmed that if it didn't go through it would say DECLINED. Then the young brat came up to tell me that it didn't go through and to come back in like 3 days and they will give my cash back to me. I will be back in 3 days! And I WILL get my money back. Even my bank told them the money did come out and of my account.

• 20mins later & 12 mins after making this review my money is back on my card. I called my bank and they said the merchant released the funds & voided the purchase.

Ordered Shrimp Chow Mein (fried noodles) for dinner last night, and when I came to pick it up I stupidly didn't check my food before leaving and found when I got home that instead of Shrimp Chow Mein (fried noodles), I was served some kind of boiled cabbage and shrimp thing? It looked disgusting and wasn't what I ordered so naturally I went to bring it back, asking my mother who put the order in for us to call and let them know I was on the way. They had the nerve to tell her that she had ordered wrong, and tried to make it her fault that we got the order wrong. When I arrived, I told them that they had messed up and given me cabbage instead of Chow Mein (fried noodles). Again, she told me to my face that the cabbage and shrimp with no noodles was Chow Mein (fried noodles) and that theirs was somehow authentic and not the "Californian version". They replaced my order with Lo Mein, but the fact they're flat out lying to their customers is ridiculous. It will be a long time before I go back. Especially after insulting the intelligence of both myself...

The food itself wasn't bad, which is why I'm not giving a 1 or 2-star review. However, the portion and ingredient distribution left much to be desired. I ordered a dish that was supposed to have beef, but I only received four pieces. My poor husband ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and only found one piece of chicken in his dish.
