Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in North Olmsted

Ordered from the north Olmsted location I ordered a small ex cheese pizza and a side salad with added cheese and bacon ($1 each topping). The amount on the cheese on the pizza was regular amount from any other place,every time i picked a piece up the cheese slid off because how poorly made and cut it was. One of the pieces was made without any cheese. The salad I got for the amount they charge for the bacon and bacon was so chinsy not even worth $1. I will pay extra without a problem but when the portion looked how it did i was very disappointed. I called them just to tell them i was disappointed bc was far from worth, $23, the manager "bobby" told me well i put the amount that is up to specification. what manager says that? i totally understand that but to tell the costumer that was just plain rude and poor customer service. So i reassured him that I would not be ordering from there again. He seemed less to care . Overall bad experience....ordered 1/2lb of wings only received 4 wings for 8.99. I have a food scale, so I weighed them it was only 4oz with the box. Called the store to explain that they did not give me a 1/2 like they where supposed to. Mgr claims that the wings lost 4oz cooking (such a lie, but 👌) when I gave then a chance to rectifying the situation she told me to email corporate.... I can see why this store has a high turnover rate and the customer service is starting to slip away. Oh romeos employees who are looking at this, 1.25oz= 1 wing fully cooked with sauce thus 5-6 WINGS EQUALS A HALF POUND... Im not sure whats been up with this place lately. I used to order pizza once a week from here and had almost all great experiences. The last time I made an order, the pizza arrived at my place cold (i live right down the street). I didnt complain or anything, but just ordered from somewhere else for awhile. Then I tried to order a pizza again from here and some effeminate sounding guy picked up and wanted to argue with me about the name of my apartment complex. My address had been on file there for over 2 years so i wasnt sure what the sudden issue was.
