Whoever the ladies were that served me and my friend today had a trash attitude especially the more shorter worker. Both were younger and seemed like they didn’t wanna do their jobs though it was only 12:45 in the afternoon once we arrived. The ingredients set out looked poor and was barely stocked for it only being the start of the afternoon and for some reason were out of pickles and or were too lazy to grab more?? But if you’re out of ingredients especially one we both mainly want on our subs, you should state that before you start making any food so customers know in advance so they could have simply left before their sub way already mid being made. Also I only prefer one drink and it was out of the syrup for it and before I could even mention anything about it they were already in the back talking as soon as the order was cashed out. Also no Hi or goodbye have a nice day?? Like I said definitely didn’t care to fully do their jobs and this is why I’ll continue to drive to a farther location even though this one is only 5 minutes from my house, every time I’m in a rush and try to give this a location a chance no matter the time of day it is always a disappointment. This is where her issue started. She posted a sign out of meatballs and I failed to see it before walking in. I tried to order a meatball sub and obviously couldn’t. I then expressed my disappointment as they had this same issue 5 days prior so I left and decided to come back and try again a different time.
Now I regret coming back! She called me rude for being disappointed. She started ranting about how I was so upset over a meatball sub and to basically get over myself.
Like ma’am aren’t you in the service of making sandwiches? Like yes ma’am I am sad you don’t have a sub. I’m sorry I don’t have bigger problems in life? It’s like she was mad at me because I was upset and didn’t see her sign.
Her customer service is nonexistent. Instead of understanding her shortcomings as a business owner she shamed the customer for wanting a sandwich.

Read moreI came into the store on Wednesday 12/1 a little bit before noon to pick up a door dash order. I was not greeted by either of the employees I stood in line and neither one of them said a single word to me the entire time I was there, even as they were handing the order to me neither employee looked at me or said a word to me. The female employee that was there was not wearing any sort of headgear to prevent hair from falling into the food. The cutting boards and knives were all covered and food and sauce and they were continuing to use the knives covered in sauce on other people sandwiches which is a huge cross contamination issue. As someone who worked in and managed a subway for almost 8 years I would want to know if any of my employees were representing my store this way.
