Pupusas and baleadas are good! probably only things i would pick up from there. I decided to eat in w/ girlfriend on a sunday morning around 10ish place is very small, the service is super slow ( they are lost in there), when trying to order two baleadas i was told baleadas they were about a 20 min wait so i decide to order a tamale then i was told they out of tamales, so ended up ordering a two pupusas with two coffees since i thought that would be quicker. Which i was wrong took about 10mins just for our coffees mind you they completely forgot our milk, and ppl that walked in after us got coffee serviced befor us (uncoordinated) Then the pupusas also took forever just to come out wrong. At this point i didnt even want to bring it up i just wanted to eat and get out of THERE, BUT THE WORST PART IS I HAD TO HAUNT DOWN MY WAITER TO PAY .... i think if we wouldve just left they wouldve never noticed. The food is good. But the customer service is HORRIBLE. I was told by one of the waitresses to go to a different restaurant. I was waiting & was already sitting down with my family & we had menus, but no one would ever come take our order. & when they finally came & I told them I was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us, she told me to go to a different restaurant. So I did. & since then if I want their food I order takeout. & even then it’s horrible. They say 15 minutes on the phone but it’s really an hour! (No exaggeration). It seems they in to serve cheap food but the prices are too hill for the quality also the girls that answer the phone and cashier are always rude.
