Disappointed. Have been coming here for 4 years with great experiences overall. Yesterday, we came with friends and family to celebrate a birthday. Our group was not overly large. 8 people in total including one baby who did not eat. Our waitress was running around in a hurry rushing us the entire time. She got our order wrong multiple times. She argued with us multiple times. It was embarrassing to say the least as other guests were noticing. The food quality was fine but service is equally important. Our table was pleasant and cooperative so I’m not sure why our waitress had such an attitude from the start. As I have not been here in the last couple months I asked if the combo dinners still included rice and noodles. The waitress was very blunt and informed us that the menu has changed and there will be an up charge for noodles as an additional side. Okay, that’s fine those of us that wanted additional noodles, ordered accordingly. Two of our guests ordered noodles instead of rice and to our surprise we were charged an up charge for noodles of $4.50, as well as a charge to remove rice for $2.00! What!? Is this a joke? I don’t care about an up charge especially when I’ve been informed. However charging a fee to remove something from a plate or substitute is just absurd. Our waitress kept serving us poorly and was not mindful of our refills. At this point in the evening the restaurant had settled down and no longer was there a rush to push everyone in and out. At no point in time did another member of staff try to assist her or us. At no point did a manager get involved either. Cherry on top! You guessed it, she added a mandatory gratuity and our overall bill was just shy of $300.00. She claimed we had a large party so the automatic gratuity was standard. By the way, we arrived at 7pm and the restaurant closed at 10:30pm that evening. We waited to be sat for around 20-30mins and never complained as it was busy. But around 8pm the restaurant had really calmed down and there was no reason to treat your guests like they are a nuisance. I hope the money earned yesterday was worth it. Everyone at the table was unhappy and mutually agreed this is not going to be a restaurant we visit in the future. We have referred many friends and family members to this spot over the last 4 years. After last night we will do the...
Read moreAugust 3, 2025 Summary for a Quick Read: Pros: The food itself was very flavorful and tasted great. Phenomenal five-star service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, proactive, and friendly. Cons: Despite the good taste, the food caused a very unusual and rapid feeling of fullness. Led to a strange, uncomfortable feeling of being overstuffed. No disclosure on the menu about the use of flavor enhancers.
Our Full Experience (for those who want more detail): Our waitress on 8/03/25 was beyond awesome! She was incredibly attentive, kept our drinks full, and had no problem switching out my drink. She checked on us just the right amount of times—truly five-star service. We came very hungry, but we all felt full much faster than usual. Soon after, my kids felt the agony of being uncomfortably overstuffed. My teenage son, experienced what's known as hedonic hyperphagia. Both my teenagers usually eat around 3 sushi rolls, and thats not including the appetizers, soda, etc. Not this time! I couldn't even do one without feeling extremely full. To be fair, I know the topic of MSG is controversial. While science has shown it's safe for the vast majority of people, it's also true that some individuals, particularly those with certain medical conditions or sensitivities, need to be more aware. Our family's experience seems to be an example of this. This is why we feel strongly that disclosing the use of flavor enhancers is so important—it allows all patrons to make informed choices about what they are eating.
(No, I'm not saying this to bash a business but to bring awareness to others that have no idea and have medical conditions that msg may interfere with.)
(I do have an epi, just in case)

Read moreUsed door dash. Prices on Door Dash are 30% higher than your restaurant prices. I called to speak with manager and he was very rude told me its not my problem if door dash charges 30% more on their menu compared to restaurants menu. I will be reporting to BBB and social media. FRAUDULENT CHARGING on both parts! Here is the restaurant reply..it confirms what I said.. *Response from the owner 20 minutes ago Hello, I’m sorry but you are misconceived. Doordash is a third party company, when you order through them, they charge you 15-30% more for their services. We do not own Doordash nor are we responsible for the additional fees they charge on top of our meal prices. You cannot expect to order through a delivery service and expect the price to be the same. I apologize if this comes as a shock to you. In addition, every single restaurant on Doordash has increased meal prices because it’s a delivery app. In the future, if you wish to save money; please order through our website which will not have the 15-30% up charge. Plus If you order through our website, we occasionally have discounts. Please refrain from using Doordash or any other third party delivery apps as they will charge you for using their services. We encourage you to share this to social media, it’s common knowledge that using a delivery app and their services will result in extra fees from them. Thank you and best of luck in your...
