Came in later at night after our awesome night out in Wellen Park. When we walked in you could tell they were not thrilled. We then ordered a milkshake and an ice cream. We already reviewed the menu online because of how late it was and we didn't want to keep anybody past closing time.
Ice cream was just okay but I had never been and I only really tried two or three flavors because I didn't want to upset them anymore. You could tell that a milkshake was the last thing he wanted to make....
While waiting...
We then went over to the cooler I was looking for the cookie bars that I saw online. I then went to the register and asked about them. And said I was looking for the one with the sprinkles and he said that "he already put them away for the night". I said "okay then I guess that's it for us".
Was cashed out in silence. Not one employee said "Have a good night, KMA, or anything if the sort!

Read moreThis was such a pleasant experience! First, it is SUPER cute inside! The two associates behind the counter were super friendly and very patient with us because we wanted to try a few flavors before making the ultimate choice. I got the affogato I think it was called where it’s a scoop of ice cream with a double shot of espresso. I highly recommend this but suggest to get 2 scoops of ice cream for a thicker experience. I did the coffee kahlua one. It has a very good espresso flavor because it has some kind of dark chocolate covered espresso something or other lol. The espresso is delicious but I like my espresso on the sweet side so I will definitely do maybe vanilla or caramel ice cream.
My husband got the cookies and cream and said it was the best cookies and cream ice cream he’s had which is wild. He loves C&C. Also got the oat one. I forget the name. But it literally tastes like those oatmeal cream...
Read moreExcellent experience! I live nearby and thrilled to see the cost of a kids scoop at 3.50 which is super affordable (especially if you have a larger family) compared to other ice cream joints and it’s honestly a contributing factor visiting here more often and consistently. I’d rather not spend $5+ on a cup of ice cream that’s honestly probably too large of a serving for a tiny child. Even us adults got the very affordable kid scoop and we were very satisfied with the portion. Ask yourself do you really need that much icecream? We were able to also squeeze in two DIFFERENT flavors in the kids cup too!
The staff was super friendly and patient with our indecisiveness and offered free samples and their personal opinions on what they liked the most and the more popular flavors. They also recommended we get two different flavors in our kids cups.
Plus the Location is beautiful- we will be...
