Place an order for delivery goes through the whole system, and at the end, it tells me pick up my food after giving a 20% tip. How wonderful, so I close my shop after 30 tries of calling the phone and getting nothing but a busy signal. I figured, wow They must be really busy on a Sunday, so before I tell them to eat shit. Let me go there and man was it packed!! there was NO ONE IN THE STORE but funny thing when I walked in extremely happy she has the phone in her hand maybe she was on a long distance call to china for the past hour and that's why it was busy and I said your phone doesn't work and she said, yes, it does I said well it doesn't cause I just tried calling 30 times tell you to deliver my food that I paid a 20% tip for thet reason how about leave an email on your online delivery service In case there's a problem, or maybe a 2nd number or maybe get off the damn phone, So people can call when they make online order If there's a mistake, or how about just get that service call waiting, It's probably free since it's so antiquated and that's probably why there was nobody at the store or in the parking lot getting any food . Call for food, a busy signal. No problem, take my money and a busy signal for a 1/2 hour or more...

This was my go to Chinese restaurant for years, but the food has recently changed. Not sure if there is a new Chef there, but the past three times I've ordered, the food has been extremely dried out and not flavorful at all. The beef teriyaki was like dried out shoe leather and even had an off taste. The first time we noticed that we didn't finish it, we actually threw it away thinking it was bad. The second time we got it, it was the exact same way! Was never like this. The chicken wings were so overcooked they were also dried out, and so was the rice. I ordered online and added a note for being outside waiting and that I am handicapped so I asked to have it brought to car... They didn't read the note, I called after the time it said it would be ready and they could not confirm order -- even with the order number, and when I asked if it could be brought to my car (outside) was told Mgr would call me back... Girl came out and asked if I was waiting for an order... Then brought it out... Cold and mushy spring rolls, MILDLY warm wings, dumplings and boneless ribs... NO Rice (as ordered in menu system) Not the same anymore. Not worth the trip to pay for cold food that they can't bother giving you what...
