Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Well I guess with time changes so does people. My service this morning lack luster.... I ask for "No tomatoes/tomato base products like ketchup on the burger"......no where did I say remove the lettuce. Crispy chicken was ok but that's my daughter opinion. Super sonic burrito, but no salsa.....wasn't even offered. Also to the young lady who served my food...Did you change your gloves when you went back inside after just going to your car like 6 mins before you came with my food??? My family ate but I didn't...enjoy your $6 tip boo.

12/18/2021 Wheew child.....you thought I learned a lesson from last time I went here for food. So this morning I pull up for a 'Super Sonic' breakfast burrito meal & French toast meal side tater tots and chocolate milk shake. Let's begin with the burrito....sloppily made and no jalapeno until you get to bottom of burrito. Tots were ok but the ocean water drink was the only thing good. The French toast was just thrown in bag and the chocolate shake had whole in bottom of cup(oh yeah ask for salsa when I paid for the food and still didnt received it). This will be the last time I visit this Sonic...I will now drive the 4.9 miles (instead of the 1.2 mile and the 2.3 mile Sonic) to the next one just because of the Service and quality of food I have been served. To the owner no need to reach out, I'm good love. To the workers remember I'm just like you, when I spend my hard earn money to feed my family, I expect to get good service and good food. I am also helping you keep a job for frequently visiting your place of employment. Now just think if all how visit learn or just start cooking at home for themselves....would put your place of employment out of business. My advice is always apply/give your best when working. I 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week and 8 hours on Sunday. Almost every night I stop for fast food somewhere, and scross the board, 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong when I get home, but tonight I stopped at Sonic on Davis blvd right before they closed. I got a corndog, and being worn out from a long days work I forgot to ask for mustard. When I got home I was surprised to find mustard and ketchup, along with sait & pepper. As small as that may seen, it made my day to think somewhere down the line someone still thinks, and cares for their customers the way I go out of my way for mine. To the guy at Sonic that took care of when it was I whk forgot to ask, Thank you. Thank you very much. You can learn from this world, it doesnt matter what you do you can still take pride in it. You can still try to be a cut above the next guy, or even if your better than the person you were yesterday, that says allot about you. Again...

Good food and decent prices on most menu items. This location seems to always be busy. For 5+ years I've never had an issue with my orders being wrong.... Until now. Apparently they hired someone who translates "1 cheese burger- plain-with mayo only" into "Let's put a hella ridiculous amount of mustard on this bad boy!!!" I get that mistakes happen in fast food and I tend to normally shrug them off and just eat it. But 4+ visits now I've gotten home with a mustard drenched cheese burger. I'm not exaggerating when I say an extremely excessive and wasteful amount. Honestly, it looks like who ever made it was being a smart-@ss. I'm always nice and polite when ordering so I don't see why it'd be on purpose though. Their half price happy hour is a great deal too if you're brave enough to fight the crowd. We love to get ice cream slushes in grape, watermelon and green apple when it's really...
