So, the food seemed fine. The dining area was in bad shape. The area was filled with something and it just kinda pulsated. Had to decide if we were going to take our food outside (which in my opinion was not good) or eat inside. I checked to see if I could clear a little area...my job now. Anyway, I was able to so we quickly ate but while we are sitting in there...I started to smell sewer and it looked like a gas maybe started hitting one of my kids in the face. So, we ended up leaving. I failed to mention in my original review that when we were leaving there was this older guy who had what appeared to be a light powder coming off his clothing hitting one of my kids (a girl). I (a man) stepped in the path and it stopped. I also failed to mention that something from the dining area or the trash maybe seemed to be flying over my head and hit the drink cups. Read moreThis DQ has one store policy that drives me crazy: when ordering food and ice cream at the same time, they will not wait for the food to come out before preparing your ice cream. The result of this is a completely unnecessary extra few minutes of melt time from machine to mouth. This might sound nitpicky, but I really don't like soupy ice cream and have had to resort to placing separate orders to get this done right. Really annoying when you are using the drive through.
The food doesn't come fast. It takes a few minutes, every time. They are quick with the ice cream, though. It's a good DQ if you're buying only food or only ice cream or if you don't mind half-melted ice cream.

Inside service is much like a 3 ring circus! #1 I stood for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, mostly due to a young man holding an icecream cake which was rapidly melting. When I placed my order, a Blizzard and a Sundae, to go, not ONLY was it expensive and "thin", it was wrong. Quite obviously, we have new owners, who do not believe in customer satisfaction, or pride in the workplace. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon. Added to this, the lines to the drivethru' were backed up right around the building. It wasn't due to the lack of staff, they were falling over each other, mostly deep in conversation.
