McDonald's — Restaurant in North Royalton

Time for this McDonald's to REALLY get it together... QUICK! Been here a few times.. ordered a coffee thru the drive thru with 2 cream/2 sugar, got it BLACK! Too late, after I was 5 minutes away. 🙄 Got a WATER also! (it's 100 degrees outside) And I got SODA water!! My biscuit wasn't crispy, as I ordered.

The inside is horrible! Could've made it a nice, double decker like Brecksville, instead it's a little box with no booths, all by windows! 'Corporate' wants you to get in and get out and use your card. NOT dine in. BIG mistake in this area. Time for the general managers and owners to regroup and make some serious, SERIOUS changes, catering to customer service! The customers in this area aren't going to stand for this...

Wow am I disgusted. Ordered the 10pc chicken nugget meal and a mcchicken. Well the chicken nuggets were okay nothing crazy. I finished eating didn’t even notice I had a dead fly in my box of nuggets. This is just disgusting and I know for a fact I can’t go back to the store and say anything because the box is empty. They’ll most likely say I did it to get a refund. Also another issue they claimed I never paid for my food when it was an online order… how could I have made and order online without paying for it? This McDonald’s is a joke. I’d like to give them 0 stars if possible but I can’t even do that. Stay away from this place unless you want to risk eating a fly or want a fly...

The food was decent as usual, I nothing to complain about with the service, but most of the other people couldn't say the same thing. There were tons of people waiting by the counter for things like cancelling an order or waiting on food but nobody showed up until someone went behind the counter to get them. The atmosphere was pretty bad. Constant beeping and yelling coming from the back, people complaining about the lack of service, and an overall bad experience, I think making the trip to the McDonald's by Laurel square or 303 would be worth your while if you're thinking...
