Lindy's Tavern — Restaurant in North Smithfield

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Second worst pizza ever! We decided to try Ron's for pizza since the place had good reviews. Huge disappointment! We ordered a large Pepperoni pizza, nothing difficult.First thing I noticed after we had it in the car, was it didn't smell like a delicious pizza, like it normally does when we order pizza to take home from other restaurants. I opened the box and the majority of the pepperoni were black. Now, I like crispy pepperoni, what I don't like is burnt pepperoni. (Thanks for the heartburn!) After waiting 45 minutes for the pizza to be ready, I expected a hell of alot better quality. The other thing about the pizza, was the sauce was tasteless. We will definitely NOT be ordering from Ron's again. Oh, and to the owner, get the poor girl who's at the front of the restaurant some help. She's answering the phone and running around crazy, doing everything but making the food. And there is no atmosphere. It looks like a half-assed operation. Not impressed! The picture I attached looks better than the pizza did in person.

*In response to the owner's response, apparently you have no idea what customer service is and how arrogant are you with your response. I see you didn't touch on the fact that your staff needs help out front, just your precious pepperoni. We love cupped pepperoni like we've had at Marco's and others. Burnt is not charred. Domino's is disgusting and so is yours. Apparently, the people giving you good reviews...

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I had the sweet chili wings and a pepperoni pizza. The wings were very tasty with a good amount of meat on them. The pizza was excellent, great crust with a crisp edge, very nice sauce, excellent cheese and pepperoni that cupped beautifully. And there was loads of pepperoni. I had a chance to talk with the people, especially Rich and April and they are passionate about Pizza. On a scale from 0-10, I would rate this 9.4. I would consider this one of the top 5 pizzas I have had in RI. And I have tried 65 different places for...

Was recently told about this place by a friend and glad I tried it.

It's a little take out desk under lindy's tavern so there's no dine in option but the people that checked me out were very nice.

I got a large cheese pizza and large pepperoni/meatball pizza. The cheese was my favorite and had the meat pie been cooked just a tad less it would have been perfect. Crispy edges plenty of flavor in each bite. Well worth the money for the amount of food you get.

The different style is a welcome one for the area for sure and I will be back...
