Bridges Scoreboard Restaurant — Restaurant in North Township

This place has really really gone down hill over the years and I had been going to Bridges for many years for group gatherings. A group of my co-workers and I had been going up there a few times after work for bar bingo, food and drinks. This last time on a Thursday our server Kristen was beyond HORRIBLE! She decided to serve two other large parties first that sat down AFTER US. We watched her walk past our table multiple times before she acknowledged us. Then when she did come over and we all looked at her annoyed since we had been there for over 20 minutes without being able to place an order or get drinks... she rudely said to one women at our table "I'm sure you could do a better job!". We should have left after that but we stuck it out. Two food orders came out incorrect for our group. Then it's time for the checks to come out which also takes forever. Of course they are all incorrect and she even charged the wrong price for the drink specials that were ordered. We ask to speak with the owner Jeff who is sitting at the bar and she goes over to him and talks to him for like 4 minutes before even sending him to our table. I'm sure she told him exactly what happened...yeah right! Did he offer a discount or any compensation or anything for the horrible experience our group had??? NOPE. He just corrected the checks one by one and said he would talk to the waitress Kristen and said she was new. I'm sorry but you should never insult a customer by saying "I'm sure you can do a better job!". I know plenty of waitresses there and normally have decent service but this waitress, Kristen, does not belong to work alongside those women and continue to give Bridges a bad image unless Jeff wants to continue to lose business like he has with our group. We are not bringing our group members back to Bridges after that...

I’m so highly upset I even have to write this review. WE LOVE bridges. Especially the wings but almost every single order we order from them it gets delivered wrong. Yes they accommodate us and remake our food but that takes another hour to get here. Tonight I told them 3 times I wanted my wings crispy but NOT broiled. I made sure I made myself clear because one time they broiled the wings when I asked for crispy and they were so burnt We couldn’t even eat them. When they got here after an hour all 30 wings were broiled and my fry’s weren’t in the bag. I called and they made me a new order and sent it an hour later STILL no fry’s. The time before that I ordered a pizza and pasta. Completely messed up the pizza and didn’t give me my pasta. Took an hour and a half to even get my pasta. This is an OK family-oriented sports bar, but I'm afraid I have to leave a not so favorable critical review. Food is pretty good. Waitstaff is mostly courteous and attentive. Prices are average with some occasional good specials. Great little place for watching NFL, MLB, PGA, etc...but not so good for watching World Cup soccer. One of the bartenders here openly dislikes soccer as well as many of the customers. It really makes it hard to enjoy watching World Cup (which was promoted on their internet announcements) while people around you knock the sport and then the bartender switches the TVs and audio to other sports during critical games. There are not many other places in the area to watch World Cup unfortunately, so caveat emptor if you try this place out for...
