First, no longer offering deli sandwiches. It is a bar offering a good size list of craft beers and some wines along with a menu of small plates. We had one of each flat breads offered, they were just okay. Other offerings were cheese plates and hummus. It has a nice warm tasteful decor inside with a wall of sauces to purchase and a refrigerator section to buy cheese. We however didn't enjoy our time there bc the only other party was a loud group of 6-8 people who insisted on dropping the f-bomb in every sentence spoken. Bartender turned up music we believe in an attempt to help but group only got louder. We went to check out cheeses, but the other group was by refrigerator and wasn't interested in allowing us to browse. Shame, I was looking forward to deli sandwiches and cheese to go. Today, Tuesday after Christmas at 1-2 pm it felt like a rowdy bar due to other customers. Flat breads $10, wine $9 and $12.

Was in the area shopping at blythes. Seen the sign that said deli meats, cheese and groceries. However when we went inside we found that they no longer operate the deli for meats and cheeses they only have a very small selection of pure cut and packaged items. If they need to change the sign to just drinks if that's the only product you have to serve. That may explain why only one person was in the place. I would have zero reasons to ever come back here or to recommend this place to anyone.

We were looking at furniture next door and was told this was a good place for lunch, that was wrong, it's a great place for lunch! My wife has the Cuban sandwich and I had the Ranger sandwich which was amazing! Will definitely be back, the fact that they also serve beer and wine is a plus!

First time there and we were hoping to pick up a quick charcuterie board for a post Thanksgiving day party that we were having. We researched their website before we went and it seemed like you could just go into the store and they would prepare a small board for you (larger orders required advanced notice). Turns out that wasn't the case and ALL boards needed advanced noticed however, they would sell you the meats/cheeses for you to cut up yourself. I don't mind cutting up the stuff myself but, the right way to approach would be to offer making the board but, ask me to come back later which, I would have been fine with.

Little disappointed about the experience so I don't know if I would consider this place...

Go here, cause they probably remember your face, maybe your name. This place was originally a deli and for the most part they offer some tasty cheeses and meats no one in Northwest Indiana offers. They do have a small European and Local food offering. You have to be a foodie to enjoy it properly. The couple who started it has a ton of passion for cooking, they often inspire. They now have a Chef who enjoys cranking out comfort food that reminds me of when I was a child. They do have a small bar that offers food and brews, you better call them before you go, sometimes they close for private parties. I like the coziness of the bar and the owners have a good memory for locals. They always greet you...
