Burger King — Restaurant in North Township

Where do I start....well one thing I can say the food is pretty decent depending on who is cooking. Im not sure whats the name of this employee Im pretty sure he is the manager because everyone else there looks too young to be one. I usually come in sometimes during 5-7ish depending on my schedule. This manager is THE SLOWEST cook EVER!!!! I know it's not anyone's at the drive thru fault honestlv some of the best drive thru people I ever met!! But...waiting 20+ minutes in line for a burger and fries is absolutely ridiculous!! I've dined in a few times and this managers attitude is just so NASTY!!! The way he articulates his words is disgustingly rude!!! He bosses his employees around like they work in a factory for him!! I recently came to the drive thru and waited an awful amount of time and had a talk with the young man who was doing drive thru. He expressed how deeply sorry he was for the wait and I could just see the misery on his face. This Burger King specifically needs to do a better job at who they chose to lead 💯.. They can't seem to get an order right. Last 2 times I've been there, the order was messed up. This time (today and about 10 minutes ago) was interrupted while placing my order in the drive thru, corrected my order after seeing it entered incorrectly on the display, asked me to pull up before the order was completely placed, gave me the receipt and noticed the order was wrong. When the food was handed to me I said it was wrong and what was wrong and the girl behind the window says irritatedly, "ooookkkkaaaayyy..." I hand her back the bag to make the correction and get my corrected order. Then my drink comes to the window and it's wrong (asked for a large and got a small). At this point I'm just irritated so I leave. When I got home, I tried to enter a survey about my experience, but the site to leave the survey isn't listed on the receipt. i like it in there. the prices are good. the ONLY time i would not recommend going there is at lunch cuz the traffic is all the way around the building and that stresses the workers out cuz it takes time to ACTUALLY cook the food, they cook their burgers in real, while Mcdonalds just warms them up, the upgrade is really nice, inside, and for all of the people leaving bad reviews, how about ACTUALLY GETTING out of what youre driving, and walking inside to place your order? lazy people, cooking takes time, you can only cook one order at a time, and if you dont like it, how about LEARNING HOW TO COOK and not eating out at all?its much healthier that way and that way you know what youre eating,. the people in there work very hard to please everyone and thats not very easy when all you get is complaints. plus i always pick up trash inside and outside, makes it neater. i like it, if you dont, go to...
