Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in North Township

This joint has lost a customer. My family has always found this DQ convenient because it’s near my home. Today, me and my boyfriend drove through and got blizzards. I ordered a medium Oreo cheesecake blizzard and he ordered a large cotton candy blizzard. We pull up to get our order and find out the person in front of us kindly paid for ours! That was the kindest thing ever. We were handed our treats and mine ended up not even being a medium, but a small. I know fast food service is hard so I dismissed it. I then take a bite to find out it contained peanuts, pretzels and something else. I am deathly allergic to peanuts. The Oreo cheesecake blizzard is completely different from the peanut blizzard I was given. I ask that the employees be educated on how bad things can go if they give the customer the wrong order because some could go into anaphylactic shock like me. I have always checked the website’s ingredients list for the blizzards I get, and the Oreo cheesecake has always been safe for me. Exceptionally poor customer service at this location. I used the drive thru and ordered a cone dipped in chocolate with some chocolate in the bottom of the cone. The girl rudely said "What?!" (As opposed to politely asking me to repeat my order -I'm not sure if she didn't understand my order, didn't hear it, or was just being difficult). So, I slowly explained again and she cut me off saying "we do NOT do that at this location!" (Again, instead of apologizing for not being able to accommodate that request, she yells at me for ordering something that I've ordered at almost EVERY OTHER Dairy Queen I've ever been to). I said that the plain cone would be ok. ...pulled around to pay and was greeted with a man's torso. No hello, no bending down to give a face to face greeting, still no apology or explanation for not being able to put a little bit of chocolate inside the cone (most locations will at least let you do this even if there is a small charge), just took my card and swiped it then gave it back. Absolutely no customer service skills at this location. Yulissa was the young lady that was helping us and not once did she smile or say thank you. When we stepped up to order, she didn't even bother greeting us. Just started at us until I started to order. She told us our total and walked away to start our order. Then she placed them on the counter, took my money, and then stared at the next person until they ordered. Seriously?!?! That's the last time...
