Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Township

This dunkin is close to me and more convenient but I refuse to go to this one anymore and will not. I know drive to the next town over on my way to work to get my dunkin. My last straw was in ordering my regular coffee with mocha. It was handed to me and as it was handed to me I could tell it didmt look right. I produced to let the girl she takes the coffee and im guessing the manager comes back and says that just how the Carmel looks hands me back the coffee. Before I could even say anything she walks away. 1. I didn't order Carmel in my coffee and 2 and most importantly im ALLERGIC to Carmel. I been going to this Dunkin all most everyday of the year. Just recently about 3months back when the 2$ coffee expired. I been getting a Dunkin refill. The price is much higher here the manager Claudia charging me $4.30 for a refill. I complain and ask for the required pumps so I can save .50 she refused to understand this went on for about a month. As of 5/28/24 she refused my business and called the police on me. I’m so upset because I calmly ask her why does she over charge me. Other locations allow you to have a flavor coffee. Horrible experience, so I never really come to Dunkin’ Donuts in east Chicago harbor area but what do ya know, I get the 24 ounce coffee when I ordered a largeeee. Of course I didn’t realize it and thought it was a large until my buddy said that wasn’t a large cause he got a large drink himself and of course the size difference is huge compared to the medium. I paid for the large, so I feel very ripped off right now and it’s not a good feeling because it’s such basic stuff to do at Dunkin, which is pour coffee like really????? If anyone reads this, stay away from any east Chicago restaurant, Burger King got my order completely wrong too, it’s simple things but yet again they want to get paid the big bucks hahahahahaa good luck...
