The management is RIDICLOUS and the prices. Maria and her husband are EXTREMELY RUDE was ran better by George!!!! They have no idea how to run a business. I wouldn't recommend to anybody Maria the owners wife is jealous of the woman workers and mis treats them. My first day working there she elbowed me out the way infront of customers no home training. UPDATE!!! I go in today to pick up my last check the owners wife Maria TRIED coming out causing a scene even after me telling her all I wanted was my check and too leave she continued to run her mouth. a man named bob disrespected me to the point of trying to throw the check at me. Please do not support this business it was a staple WHEN GEROGE RAN it now it's ran by pigs. It's extremely disgusting the way the owner BOB treated me as a woman to try and throw items in my face and get in my face. his wife might put up with it BUT I FOR DAM SURE WON'T I will be filing harrasment charges. It's a tually really sad that this happened I've ate there for years! My family picture was put up on the freezer in the back my entire family worked there it's sad that now we won't be going there because Maria and Bob are terrible human beings and treat humans like trash. What a wonderful place! Decided to check out something new near our home. This hidden gem did not disappoint! Called in my order, the lady that answered was nice and helpful, and she said it would be ready in 15 minutes. In Griffith, Highland and Schererville you’re told your food will be ready in 15 minutes, but it’s never ready in 15 minutes. But they stayed true to their word. I left the house immediately and arrived in 13. THE ORDER WAS READY! 🥳🤩 And it was DELICIOUS!!🤤 We tried the steak burritos and the spaghetti dinner with Italian sausage. The portions were pre-pandemic portions! The steak wasn’t fatty or chewy. The homemade hot sauce for the burritos was flavorful, not overwhelming and tied the flavors together nicely. The spaghetti dinner was enough for tonight’s meal and lunch for tomorrow! The sauce is on point! The establishment was clean and welcoming. I haven’t had anything from here in years and really enjoyed the Philly cheese steak. I go in and order the combo meal which set me back $16.00. I should have known something was wrong because I didn’t smell the garlic bread when I got in the car. What I got was a Zels roast beef instead of the thick steak that I would get long ago. The meat wasn’t seasoned and the bread wasn’t placed on the grill to toast the garlic . The meat was low quality and tasted like nothing. Never again will I pay this much for a tasteless sandwich. This place has lost its luster and the food was horrible. You would think that a Philly would have thick pieces of steak like the sandwich is supposed to be made. Look at the beef sandwich meat on the picture posted on their website that I put in the post to compare. My sandwich has shredded meat like Zels yet the beef sandwiched has the thick slices of meat that belongs on the Philly cheesesteak.
