Stopped in this a.m w grandkids for a little treat. Ordered coffee, 3 donuts and lil bagel things.
Guy in grey shirt, overweight w beard (supervisor?) says 3x3 as he sets down coffee on the counter i ignored but then said... Oh, cream and sugar? He said yes..... 3x3 you dont know our lingo? (Rudely)
I ignored his comment.
He then hands me donuts and says what are you square? We dont want to attract those kind of people here.
I ignored again at this point in utter shock and disbelief he just spoke those words to me.
I gathered my thoughts and said to him excuse me did you just call me square? He looked right at me and said yes!! No apology nothing.
I said sir that is rude. No i dont come to DD but i have my grandkids and i wanted to get them a treat. Still in shock when i left store w kids
On drive home i cried, yes pathetic i know but i have never been treated so poorly. Like what did he mean by "you people" because im 56? An older white lady? Because im a grandmother? Because i dont know DD lingo?
Wow do better DD this guy needs to collect the trash and NOT be around customers. This is a new store dont you want to welcome customers with great customer service??

As I'm waiting for her to get my donut order, she completely keeps ignoring me and helps someone else. Then looks at me again, and ignores me & helps someone else. It was completely intentional. Even the customers she was helping were confused on why she wasn't helping me. Called the owner & he could care less. This Dunkin has never been very good & this was the last straw for me & my staff.
