McDonald's — Restaurant in North Whitehall Township

If I could give no stars I would. One, at the drive through whoever took the order had the NASTIEST attitude, I work customer service, this was just unacceptable. Two, I guess I was suppose to go the first window to pay, I was never told to do so, but I waited there and when no one came to take my card I went to the second window which is where the real problem for me came. Whoever was helping maybe the new girl? was pissed that I was at that window. Never said one word to me, had the nastiest look on her face took my card and just walked away, the other girl that I am assuming is new has no idea how to deal with customers either. You in no way should ever talk to anyone the way I spoken too. If I wasnt leaving for work I would of went inside and started a scene, which I never do. If you don't want or know how to deal with people, dont work customer service. I get screamed at all the time, for things I never do, but it happens, its my job, I never once in my seven years of working customer service has given attitude to a client. The whole thing was joke. I don’t know what these other people are getting I guess they’re from up north because I’m from the south and they can’t understand what I’m saying and I talk normal LOL on top of that the little girl that has red hair is the rudest little thing I’ve ever seen in my life the little young boys are terrible like they can’t hear you for nothing. I’ve just never seen such a rude bunch of McDonald’s workers! Bratts!! Rude kids… The one night that I had called to tell on the redhead girl for throwing my bag at me and slamming the window in my face the manager just said OK I’ll talk to her. He was very rude! I called the next day talk to somebody else. I hate to see that little redheaded girl is still working there. She does not need a job and hospitality. Another update... Lunch today... QPC. Bun was so very stale... C'mon... Your charging what a sit down does... Nuggets cold and hard as well... Things need to be better...

Update on my previous reviews... Went to get a quick bite the other evening.... The Big Mac the Mrs got was awful... Stale bun... Too much sauce... No lettuce... Greasy... Just not right... My filet o' fish was a bit better but the double cheeseburger was a mess... Very greasy just thrown together luckily we were eating in and I could put it all back together... How about paying people enough to have and keep a job so that they might stay. Big Mac meal used to cost $2.99 with 7.25 minimum wage... Now it's over $11. And wages are not 4x what they used to be... And...
