Northboro House of Pizza — Restaurant in Northborough

Sad that its come to this...grew up in northborough and Ive been coming here on and off forever...just cant do it anymore. How can anybody serve subs with some of the worst bread Ive ever had? If you ask for anything toasted the bread literally turns into dust. I am not exaggerating. Prices are also out of control. Nearly $15 for a Large BLT , with bread that turns into ash when you bite into it. I mean, guys, cmon. Also can we talk about the employees who clearly hate their jobs? Newsflash guys, nobody made you work at a pizza shop. If you dont wanna put a smile on maybe get a job that isnt involved with food / hospitality, cause nobody wants to come into a place where they feel more like an annoyance than a customer who is literally helping pay your salary. But anyways the subs are the least of this places worries. My advice? Stop ordering from Sisco, maybe actually try cooking some real food for once?! Would be fair at the price yall charge...but honestly...just done with a place that doesnt care to ever change or improve...its a broken record here and I wont be...

First couple times we had food from here it was amazing!!! Big fans!! However I don’t know if the staff changed or what but we were extremely disappointed with our most recent experience. Ordered a meatball sub and a fried buffalo chicken finger sub but received a grilled buffalo chicken sub and a chicken Parmesan sub which was extremely dry and overcooked with basically no cheese. Could have accepted that it was wrong if it was at least good but will probably think twice about going here for our dinner next time. Always have great food from NHOP - whether it's pizza, buggers, subs or anything else. We get a takeout from here most weekends, food is always good, on time, and correct. Staff are always friendly and they can cater for any of our allegies or food quirks. Deliveries are usually a bit quick, so if we're getting delivery then we add 15 minutes to whatever time we actually want the food to arrive. We always use them if we're having guests over and ordering in. It's the only local place where we've had 100% positive experience. They also participate in community charity events which I...
