❗️Please think twice if you order here. I had an awful experience with Fattoush Grill & Bakery in Northborough, MA. I ordered 10 boxes of dessert through UberEats, but they only sent 6 boxes — that’s 4 boxes missing despite the receipt clearly showing the correct order. When we called to report the issue, the staff’s response was incredibly unprofessional. First, the guy claimed, “We’re closed, we left, we can’t do anything now.” Yet their listed closing time is 8 PM, and we called well before that — so why were they refusing to help? Then he changed his story, saying, “We had a buffet today.” If they were “closed,” how were they still running a buffet? It felt like they were just making excuses and avoiding responsibility. Instead of offering a solution, all they kept saying was, “We can’t, we can’t,” followed by, “We forgot.” To make things worse, they still haven’t refunded the $32 for the missing boxes or any of the service and delivery fees. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service and dishonesty. If we hadn’t called right away, they might have ignored the mistake entirely. This was such a terrible experience — careless service, no accountability, and zero effort to fix their mistake. I won’t be giving them another chance, and I strongly advise others to think twice before...
Read moreNew stuff in town! So we just wanted to order some food to try. We ordered a Kufta Kebab which was 19.99, Beef Shawarma plate which was 14.99 and three Syrian pies 2 dollars each (cheese, meat and zahtar).
Kufta Kebab is small (the actual meat) and comes with lots of rice. Long grain rice is seasoned with different spices and also cooked very well. Rice was delicious. The meat was overcooked, dry, and chewy. Surprisingly it also doesn't come with any side! So IMO, 20 dollars is a bit overpriced for this plate.
Beef Shawarma plate is actually very delicious. The meat is juicy and the wrap is very thin and crispy. It also comes with some hummus, fries (from frozen) some pickles, and a fried kibbeh on the side.
Syrian pies 2 dollars each. They are very small tho. I wish they would make a bigger size. Cheese one is very tasty. Meat one is not so much! Zahtar one was overcooked and dry.
My wife wanted ayran as a drink on the side if the ingredients are clean. I checked the ingredients before ordering and it is made from milk and cream instead of yogurt. It also has corn and tropica starch. It is just a bad imitation of ayran drink. So I passed it this time!
This is a new place and I am sure they will do...
Read moreMy husband and I were just craving some shawarma, but we ended up walking into Fattoush—and we're so glad we did. What started as a simple food craving turned into a full-on feast that left our stomachs full and our hearts happy.
The highlight of the meal was the fried branzino, served with a rich tahini sauce and a bold spicy sauce that took the dish to another level. Crispy, tender, and full of flavor, it’s something we’re still thinking about. The kibbeh was equally impressive—crispy outside, savory inside, and deeply comforting. We also had the lamb chops, juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the kebab, which was smoky, tender, and cooked just right.
Every dish was sumptuous, rich in flavor and texture, and felt like it was made with love. It truly brought that cozy, home-cooked feeling to the table.
To top it all off, we finished with baklava—flaky, sweet, and just the right amount of indulgent—along with strong, fragrant Middle Eastern coffee. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal.
We came in for shawarma but left with so much more. We’ll definitely be back—Fattoush is a place that feeds not just your appetite,...
