I have never had anything but a perfect sandwich from Northport Chicken salad Chickā€¦ I went in at 5pm, I was the only one there except the 2 girls at the counter and the cook..Storms weā€™re coming and I wanted something easy. I order and the first thing she says after I ordered was ā€œ we are out of bacon for the broccoli saladā€ā€¦I had some at home ā€¦so ok.. Then the cook comes out the door and says ā€œ out of lettuceā€.. ok no biggieā€¦ Then I notice the hostess checking the boxes and ask the cook to redo somethingā€¦she said nahā€¦ just give it to her.. Now my sandwiches have always been perfect.. BUT MY PEOPLE THIS IS NOT PERFECT BY A LONG SHOTā€¦ no bacon bitsā€¦ no lettuce and a torn up sandwichā€¦. BUSINESSES ARE SUFFERING WITH PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE!!!!

Delicious chicken salad sandwiches with potato soup. Brought to our table. Restuarant is clean and well maintained. Only complaint, handicap parking is way at the end of shopping center where you either walk on street to get to handicap slope or carry your walker up several stairs. This is certainly not a handicap friendly establishment. My husband was with me to carry my walker up the stairs.

The food is awesome! I've always liked everything on the menu. It's all good! That's why I get the trio, you pick 3 different kinds of chicken salad, and it comes with a pickle and sugar cookie. My go-tos are Fancy Nancy, Sassy Scottie, and Classic Carol. The sandwiches and pimento cheeses are really good too!

So I've never been a fan of mayonnaise and usually steer clear in every sense but as I'm needing a health change and love eating out when I'm in Tuscaloosa, I went on the net to try and find some good options. I've seen this place over the years and when I actually looked at the menu, I was beyond excited. The numerous options of flavor intrigued me knowing it wouldn't be just some ol chicken and mayo. They did Not disappoint!! I got the pimento cheese, very good. The chicken poblano soup was beyond delicious. And I also got the Jazzy Julie and the Southwest Senorita and omg I am a Huge Fan!! All of it was So good and it's exciting I have such a healthy option to get from the nicest people. Can't wait to try...

The wife said she goes here many times for lunch. But perhaps no more. Food was good. But evidently the portion size has been reduce by management. So for $10 my hard working wife got a spoonful of chicken salad and the crackers were stale and a spoonful of pasta salad. In the go box the portions did not even reach the top of the portion holder. So, she was upset enough to complain to the lady at the counter. The lady at the counter said ā€œIā€™m sorry, he is limiting the amount that we give on the plates nowā€. Well, I guess as a customer my wife is going to limit her amount of returning to your location. Sorry for the bad review but the conversation with my wife...
