Warning Salmonella Poison!! Food is raw Its a dump Cross Contamination of food going to get someone hurt , I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with the wait times, food quality, and overall disgusting behavior from said GM who will molest you if you say the food needs to be fixed. My recent visits have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and it's important for potential customers to be aware of these dangerous issues.
First and foremost, the wait times at this store have been consistently excessive. On average, I have waited 18 minutes before being served, which is well beyond what I would consider reasonable for this type of establishment. This prolonged waiting period has significantly impacted the overall dining experience, leading to frustration and a diminished sense of satisfaction.
In addition to the prolonged wait times, the quality of the food has been consistently crappy . On several occasions, I have been served food that appears to be old and not freshly prepared or cooked to correct temp This is not only disappointing but also raises concerns about the store's commitment to food safety and quality. The lack of attention to the freshness and presentation of the food has greatly detracted from the enjoyment of my meals.

Read more*Update: My review below was from 4 years ago. Decided to give them another chance. Well, now I’m taking away one star and going from 2 to 1! Haven’t improved in 4 years! Yesterday it took 25 minutes to get an order placed in the app! I flagged down a person handing out orders and she literally didn’t say anything to me. She did go inside and say something to the others but never said anything to me. I finally pushed the button to call and tried to cancel my order and get a refund and was told that could only be done in the app. There is no clear way to do that so I was sending a text to customer support when my order came. My cheese sticks were like bricks and 3 of the four had burst open and most of the cheese had come out of them. They offered to give my a free order of cheese sticks in the app! Seriously?! Crap, inedible food and a 25 minute wait and that’s your response?! This place is the worst!!
Every time I go, I say it will be my last time to go! Always ridiculously slow. The last two times, I ordered using their app. It said on the screen that it went through and that my order was on the way. Both times waited over 20 minutes for “fast food” and had to use the call button to contact them because I wouldn’t have gotten my food at all if I didn’t. They said they had to remake it?? When it finally came, they had left something off that I had to point out to them to go back and get. Read moreolutely horrible we pulled in around 1015 and ordered three ice cream‘s one limeade and a corndog. After over 35 minutes of waiting I push the intercom button asking how much longer and they said oh we were sorry it would be out soon after another 25 minutes, they came out and proceeded to yell at me about how rushing them with my order was not going to be coming faster that they were short staffed and it’s not their fault. Yelling at me about how rude I was being and, how disrespectful it was. She continued to say that it’s not their fault and they did tell me that the ice cream would take a minute and I did acknowledge they told me that, but Icecream should not take an hour. Mind you we waited over an hour and I only made one complaint. I’ve worked in service and can understand how things get short staffed and can be flustered but I would never in 1 million years.
