Omg!! Please don't waste your money or time going to this burger King! The lady at the window is extremely load and road. Wasn't sure if she was talking to me or her coworkers or whoever else was there. I ordered the 2 for 5$ double croissanwich, one with sausage and one with bacon. The croissanwich with sausage is supposed to come with two sausage patties egg and cheese. The one with bacon is supposed to come with bacon, sausage egg and cheese. When I got my food the double sausage was OK but when I opened the bacon it only had bacon and cheese. It didn't have to sausage patty or the egg that supposed to come with it. So I took the food back and explained to her my order wasn't correct. All she has to do is fix the food and issue solved right?!! Wrong! We immediately go into an argument. "I gave you what you asked for sir". No ma'am you didn't. I asked for the double. It right there on your menu behind you. So we go back and forth. After she realized she messed up, then tried to flip the situation by saying I need to speak clearly. Maybe she wasn't listening since she was so busy talking, talking, talking to her coworker, on the phone, on the headset and not paying any kind of attention to your customers. Then she has the audacity to tell me if I don't stop arguing with her then she won't give me my food. 😤😡😡. How in the world do you tell your customers you're not going to give them food that they already paid for?!!! Then when I grab my phone to make some serious phone calls to whoever is running this business, she calls all the workers in to finally correct my order. I'm 37 yrs old, I've been living and migrating back and forth between Tuscaloosa and Northport all my life. I have nothing bad to say about Northport. Read moreWe went through drive thru at approximately 9:45 a.m. Friday morning. There was three vehicles behind us in the line. We placed what we thought was a simple order: 1 bacon, egg and cheese croissandwich and 1 loaded croissandwich..
The loaded is literally just, ham, bacon, sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant.
We were asked to pull up. We paid and were asked to pull to a waiting parking spot. We sat there for nearly 20 minutes. Two vehicles that we're behind us, literally got their bagged orders and left before we did.
I went inside (and saw only one customer with her child at a table) to ask what the issue was and reminded the C.S.R. of what our order was. And found out through hearing THEIR conversation, that they had skipped ours. Even though the person in the kitchen commented that he had made two other loaded croissandwiches and they had been given to one of the vehicles, AFTER us... So, the C.S.R. REVERIFIED what our order was and it was made... Or so I thought.
I pulled out my husband's loaded croissandwich and it was right on the money, but, when I pulled out the B.E.C. Croissandwich, (bacon 🥓 symbol was clearly marked) it was not only cold and literally just thrown together, it was also sausage.
For whatever reason, there is CONSTANTLY an issue with this particular store in Northport. We have been there a total of three times, there will NOT be a fourth. Good luck to anyone else who...

This last time on July 3 they didn't give me what I asked for and when I went to get it they. Lied to me about what was in the combo( I know this because said combo was in the app) Told me after I had bought and paid for the 15-20.00 how to train your dragon meal, that they didn't have the ice cream. And refused to give me the cheese sticks that came in the meal. Cussed at me and told me that she would just call the police and that's all I was getting so it was just up to me... Again mind you, this woman was a supervisor and I've previously had problems like this but the customer service isn't in this place! That being said until I get my lil 35.00 back for THE WHOLE MEAL due to the inconvenience of what I went through, I won't be returning and everyone I know IS GONNA HEAR...
