Arby's — Restaurant in Northwood

Food has been disgusting the last 3 weeks we have gotten it. I have a son on the autism spectrum and the jalapeno poppers are a must, but everything else has been super nasty! Cold fries, super dry and thicker cut meat that is NOT WHAT ARBY'S LOVERS LIKE AT ALL! We used to love Arby's and everyone in our home who got the roast beef this evening, threw up within an hour or two, for the second time in the last two of three weeks! Some didn't even eat theirs because it was so off. What is going on with the quality of this store particularly because the one a half mile away on Navarre ( which is farther from my home but worth the drive) has never had the same issues. $55 Dollars down the drain. We are taking this store off our weekly rotation and will get our son his poppers from another location ....that's how bad the food was for the third...

I use to eat here every night after work until the second time that I pulled into the drive thru and wanted to order and they only would accept cash and no credit. I spend almost 11$ a day here and not anymore. Why’s the drive thru open if you cannot use credit card? There was only one guy at that store that would go out of his way but he’s never there anymore due to his schooling, he would of rang me up At a different register but no all the other employees won’t do anything for the paying customer. I've always had issues with this location every time I've stopped here. Not because the food or service is bad. The Store Manager Brittany is a detestable person. She is rude, snide, obnoxious, and very unprofessional. A couple times if I had a minor issue such as the food not being hot enough, I only get grief from her. On top of that I witness how badly she treats her employees. No reason for that outrageous behavior and she does not deserve to manage a store.
