Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Northwood

I have lived in the area for years and have been able to get a pizza ONE time out of maybe 50 plus times walking in the place. I don't understand how the company's business model is "Hot n Ready" when this location (which is labeled as a "Little Caesars Express" even) never has pizzas available. Today was the last straw as I was told by the employee to go pay at the register and then she would start the order when she gets the receipt. Ridiculous. I got used to never getting pizza, but now I won't even bother stopping there for gas and...

It's an express. You can't order what you want. They'll only make something if they're out of it and they only have like 8 items on the menu. It's self serve too, everything is under a heat lamp. I burned my wrist grabbing some crazy bread because the holder for it is twice as tall as the bag. Overall, not what I was expecting or wanted to go to. Oh, and everything is miniaturized.

Normally don’t have a problem with this location. But today (08-08-2025) the sauce had a really funny taste to it. Kinda tastes like metal can’t really describe the taste I tasted lol. Asked a worker if it tastes fine she said she’s sorry my taste buds were acting funny or something.. siblings also spit the pizza out so it couldn’t have been me.
