If i could give no star at all, I would after this morning, and all due to the morning manager! I come every morning and get the easiest order, 1 bagel and 1 pop. And I know the ladies working wkday mornings by heart! I've came 2 wkends in a row now, and dealt with thee rudest, snotty, mean manager Ive ever encountered in customer service! So bad, 2 of her own employees apologized to me on 2 seperate wkends. Saying they were horrified by their own managers behavior and have asked higher ups to please find another one, with no success. Now I absolutely see why! I waited 18 minutes for my order, and when I received it, it was wrong and stone cold. This manager obviously doesn't have any people skills, as she told me numerous times why I was at fault! That she didn't believe it was cold, and that my order was too big/difficult to make sure it all stayed warm. I said it was 4 hashbrowns, all the same..3 bagels, all the same..and 1 bagel different. When I questioned her she screamed at me thru the drive thru window to leave, and that I was getting no food! Mind you I already paid for the food I wasn't going to be getting. I parked and went inside asking for my money back. Before I could spit even 1 word out, she told me I could sit outside on the curb and wait for it from another employee, or she'd call the cops and say I harassed her! I was seriously in shock at her behavior! I told her if she was refusing my food, then I wasn't leaving without my cash! She yelled at another employee when he went to hand me my new food, telling him I was getting nothing! I felt so bad for the other employees, they watched in silence with scared looks on their faces..it was so sad! She turned her back to me and just kept yelling at me to leave or she'd call the cops. I replied for what? You are refusing me my food that I ALREADY PAID FOR, and you want me to leave without my cash as well..no. She never called the cops, and the other employees stood so silent you could hear a pin drop. Finally, another employee brought me my cash, not saying one word to me, and looking at the floor the entire time. I said nothing and walked out. I go to this branch EVERY MORNING, and the wkday ladies are awesome! Sadly, I will NEVER return there, and found a much better place even closer to my home. Read moreI am giving this location a 1 star, for 2 reasons, #1 major big reason is walking into the entrance long Woodville road, employees standing there smoking. Getting a face full of smoke walking into the building and out of the building is nasty, and you can also smell it in the drive through 10 feet away. . #2 reason is I watch an employee spit into the trash can next to the freezer with the burgers, long string of slobber hanging from his mouth as he leaned back over the freezer to close it, and never changes his gloves, whipped his mouth or washed his hands after. I ordered a drink only, and left. I am not on this side of town much, but if I do come over here, I will go to the location on Navarre ave from now on if I stop to get McDonald’s in Oregon Ohio. Managment please so better and take pride in your store. Pretty sure Ohio law states a 30+ ft radius for any smoking from any entrance to any establishment. And employees shouldn’t be smoking by a front door in public view, customers do not want to see, or smell that walking into, or while sitting in the drive through window. You never know if someone has a medial condition that can be triggered by smoking. And please teach your employees better hygiene and customer service, watching your staff seem so miserable while working makes the whole atmosphere of the restaurant come down. It’s

Read moreI cannot tell you the level of disappointment and disgust regarding one employee at this location. I was on the phone with my sister-in-law as she was going through the Woodville drive-thru. It was August 3rd, her birthday, and she was so excited when she opened her McDonald's app, saw the burst of confetti and that message that wished her a happy birthday and issued her a code for any one item for free on the menu. The employee explained to her that it was for a chicken product. Mind you, I can hear the entire conversation clear as day, as my sister-in-law pulls up to the window, the employee says, "Between me and you, anyone who uses that app is a loser." Let me tell you something... she's lucky it was my sister-in-law and not me. The woman had colored streaks in her hair but my sister-in-law was so upset that she didn't get the employee's name nor did she get her food. What is truly pathetic about this disgraceful employee is that she was being unprofessional to an woman who is an absolute angel that is also fighting the battle of her life against cancer. I'm so disgusted. To the manager/owner of this location... shame on you if you don't educate your employees on etiquette. God knows this lousy employee didn't learn basic common decency growing up.
