Getting tired of getting grid locked in their drive through only to be told that they're only accepting online orders at this time. I quit patronizing this Taco Bell for about 6 months for this exact reason. I stopped here a week ago after a late night trip to the grocery store because I hadn't eaten all day and there wasn't much else open. There were only two other cars in the drive thru. All I wanted was a Mexican pizza and a couple of tacos. That proved to be too much to ask. The car at the speaker ahead of me placed his order, proceeded to the window and got his food. I on the other hand was told that their system was down and that they'd be back up in about 10 minutes. I was grid locked in the drive thru and had no choice but wait until the two cars ahead of me recieved their orders to proceed to either leave or park and wait the 10 minutes for the system to come back up. I choose to wait it out. 15 minutes later I proceeded back through the drive thru. When I approached the speaker the 2nd time I was told by the same employee on the other end that greeted me the first time through that they were only accepting online orders at this time. This instantly angered me and I fired back "You're kidding me, right? 15 minutes ago you told me that your system was down and that you'd be back up in 10 minutes." "I'm so sorry, ma'am! You're right. I did tell you that. And our system did just come back online. What can I get for you?" Seriously!?! Just like that, huh? This Taco Bell used to be one of the best in the area and we would frequent it often. I don't know what changed but I'd rather go hungry than go through the frustration of being told that you can't take my order for whatever reason and then force me to sit in the drive through line waiting for everyone else to get served while I waste gas. Never again! I'd give zero...
Read moreAlliyah P went above and beyond truly one of the few who still care about good service. My wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell drive thru not long ago, and I felt like I should share our experience after seeing that harsh review about Alliyah P. We were actually helped by her not too long ago, and I can confidently say she was nothing but polite, professional, and attentive. She greeted us warmly, double-checked our order, and even apologized for a short wait — which honestly wasn’t long at all. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work, and Alliyah definitely does. While some of the other employees seemed distracted or just ready to get through the rush, she was focused and respectful, making sure every customer was handled properly. That kind of attitude stands out nowadays. It’s unfair when people post extreme comments after one small issue, especially when they don’t realize how hectic drive-thru work can get during busy hours. My wife even mentioned how refreshing it was to see someone her age working with that level of care and professionalism. We had no problems with our order everything was right, hot, and served with a smile. It’s sad to see someone try to tear down an employee who’s clearly doing her best and treating people well. Alliyah P deserves recognition, not criticism. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location again, and I hope management knows how lucky they are to have someone like...
Read moreUpdate: Taco Bell has reached out and offered their sincerest apologies. Called the police on us after we sat down and ordered food and left and sat in our car in the parking lot. They told the cop that they thought we had overdosed even though they could see that we were clearly having a conversation. They walked past our car several times and said nothing. If they wanted us to leave all they had to do was ask. We weren't hurting anyone. My windows are not tinted and we sat under the spotlight so it was very easy to see into our car. Other cars were sitting in the parking lot just as long and none of them had the cops called on them. There's no way they thought we were on drugs because they served us and held the door for us as we left. They also came out to smoke cigarettes 10 feet from my car. There is absolutely no...
