Worst experience ever at a subway that ended with a employee named Alex throwing my receipt at me and telling me he doesn't care If I tell his manager. I ordered online and went into the store at pickup time. He was finishing up a customer order then he began on mine. I had 2 foot longs that it took him over 30 minutes to make. Everytime a new customer would walk in he would leave my sandwich to go help them. After this went on for a while and about 5 customers who came in after me receive their order before me I finally asked can you just finish my order I've been waiting long and you keep helping everyone who ordered or came in after me. I guess this statement made him get an attitude because after setting my order on the counter he threw the receipt and told me he doesn't care if I tell his manager. At this point I requested a refund and was refused one. If I'm spending my hard earned money in your establishment you will not treat me like crap nor throw anything at or towards me. I don't know why he felt this was ok to do but it wasn't and I'm not happy about it at all.Although management did apologize for the employee behavior and tried to make it right by replacing my order that doesn't justify the horrible customer service and treatment I received at this location. I ordered a footling sub with egg pepperoni n cheese I told her I did not want it all toasted but to please cook the egg pepperoni and cheese. She cooked the egg I asked are u adding my pepperoni n cheese she said no goes after I said I wanted it warmed to. She said no that's not what we do. Throwing things around. And eventually warmed my cheese on my eggs. I should of just walked out at this point. I go to this one because close to my house. This is not first time happened with this lady. I asked the employees if they could change the temperature to a more appropriate temperature, and they said they are not allowed to touch the thermostat that only the manager can. The employees looked hot and uncomfortable. They should be able to work in a controlled environment that's welcoming to the guests and themselves to work in. They made me a fantastic sandwich and are good workers. I think they deserve to work in comfortability and that the manager should allow them to touch the thermostat.
