Captain D's — Restaurant in Norton

Wasn't tht good not like it use to be the fish was like rubber like its been setting along time and just put bck into the deep frier it didn't have a good taste either. I don't want anyone getting upset or mad at me for putting this on here but when u pay for something I been wanting to eat and get home and it was tht it just didn't look good at all, but I use to luv going here after Long John closed down, and Long Johns is my favorite cause they have the big fat fish and taste like fish. But almost threw up, so didn't get to enjoy my dinner. And I didn't want to call up there cause they act like I'm just saying it just get free food, but I don't say things tht aren't true, and was upset cause I luv fish&fries and this has been the first time this has ever happen to me, and I don't put on here if it wasn't the truth. I just wanted this place to know how mY visit was here. So I'm telling you all how it was and if anyone else, tht got something from here yesterday and if there's was like that. So other than them 2 the rest was so so. But didn't want to eat after tht. Thanks Sonjia...

For it being one of the only so called fast food seafood restaurant in wise county/norton va, it is good quality food and not so far out of the way. As a previous employee of the establishment, the people who work there are generous and very nice plus the atmosphere is relaxing. I could say alot of bad things about the place because I was treated wrong and felt singled out when I worked there right before I left from there but I am not that type of person. The staff is friendly, courteous, generous, easy going and can make you feel welcome plus make you feel like family. It is an affordable and convenient restaurant for this area and the people who work there are like family. It's not a Long John's for sure, it's even better. That's just my opinion. There is handicapped parking & the restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible with tables that will accommodate a wheelchair.
