If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. We waited for over 2 hours for our food, which never came and we never seen our waitress again until we went to look for her. We had two children in our party (1 and 6) and they were taken home to get something to eat. While the rest of us stayed and tried to figure out what the heck was going on. We finally were able to talk to a bald man that worked there (sorry I did not get his name) and he apologized saying that THEY dropped the ball on our order and that they were packing it up right then. But you could see into the kitchen and they were actually starting to cook it. And we said no that we are just going to leave. The worst part was they rang up our food an hour before that and we were told that the people on duty could not issue a refund. We would have to talk to the owner. So two days later when we were finally able to get to talk to the owner, she said we were all effing liars. And and stood there in her bar in front of all her customers cussing out my husband and my son-in-law in a manner that would have made a trucker blush.
If the owner does happen to read this, maybe she should talk to the people that were hosting a birthday party right beside us. They saw we never had food. They gave us some cupcakes to take home. Just to note..She did give us...

The woman with the pony tail and resting witch face has to go because she alone could cause that place to go under. Why are you bartending if you don't know how to make drinks or smile?? You need to learn some manners if you want to thrive there!! Had sat for OVER an hour and a half after ordering our food and never received it, nor were we ever checked on again. Was given the owners number by a seemingly regular customer (who apologized on behalf of the restaurant) And told us the owner Paula would surely make it right… bless her heart. Paula did nothing but throw a fit about “who gave out her number”, make the situation a million times worse, never once apologize for any inconvenience or horrible experience , and very reluctantly refunded the money for the food we never received (three days after the fact) and was so disgustingly rude to both my husband and father in person, and my father in law over the phone.
