Boba Style — Restaurant in Norwalk

I went with my dad to get him a hot coffee and the girl at the register is usually always there when we go to this certain spot. The employee was the girl that worked on Sun. 22nd around 2ish in the afternoon. She gave me a cold ice coffee when I had asked for a hot coffee. And it was no big deal, figured just tell the employee wrong order and to have it fixed. But employee was more rude than usual. Literally stared at me for a couple seconds too long to be normal and said in a annoyed tone "want me to fix it then?" obviously yes why else would I tell her the order is wrong. Anyways, I mad but I kept my cool and said "yes please" and she didn't say anything and went to the back and crazy part is that she didn't say anything to me after. Just let coffee on the counter and went to start on the next drink. I'm confrontational but I chose peace today because my dad was there. I go here sometimes and will still go if i want. If I was alone or with my sister would've been a different story. How hard is it to smile and give good customer service? The product is good but customer service was bad enough to complain about...

Rude female employee. Just one drink I ordered and she manages to make it a terrible interaction and transaction. She asked if I wanted my recite and I said yes and she looked so mad and i waited a while. I guess she clicked something on her end that she had inputted that I didn't want my recite and she was upset that i had said yes. But I didn't even think about it and said yes right after so that was her mistake. Didn't say anything when my drink was ready just went on her phone after and sat down behind the register. Like how is that okay? She was so rude and acting like she's being forced to be there. They need to hire someone else who would actually appreciate the job. It's not like she's working at drive thru with headset and taking care of the front too. Not coming...

Short version, it's a no for me. Long version: I ordered a lemonade with boba, a Thai tea, and a chocolate tea with boba. All the drinks were watered down. The milk teas tasted like they were made from a powdery substance. The lemonade did not taste like real lemons and reminded me of the Flav-Aid, knock off, Kool-Aid power without sugar. The boba was old, hard to chew, but also slimy. 😑 I tried each drink and could not stomach any of them. Unfortunately, I poured them out wasting 16 dollars. 😭 Far as the service, the person working was not very welcoming but also not mean. I'm the type to start a great convo with a stranger but this interaction left me looking at my phone until the order was ready. I'm sad that this didn't work out and I'm not willing to ever give them...
