Casey's — Restaurant in Norwalk

I have been buying Casey's pizza for years. This store however is not at all typical of the Casy's chain. They said our pizza would be ready in 25 minutes and when we arrived at the store 25 minutes later the gentleman in charge had stacks of pizzas on top of the ovens and about 15 people waiting at the counter. Most of the people had that polite "what the hell is going on look"in their eyes. After not asking anyone in the crown which pizza they were there to pick up the people had to resort to shouting out their names. It took another ten minutes to get my first of two pizzas only to be told it would be ten minutes before the second half of my order would be ready. It took twenty minutes. Never again! Had to go in store to pre pay for gas. When do pumping the guy at register gave me a receipt for what I prepaid for. I went to check how much gas was pumped and it was 25 and some change. So once again I told the man waiting on me that I needed my change from pump 10. He called several times for someone kid who was jacking around with several other employees by the kitchen. The kid came to register was a smart-ass to mam who asked how to do the tra action. Then walked back to group he was being loud with. Transaction still was not right man waiting on me called kid back over several times and the kid just became worse. All I wanted was a receipt showing the gallon of gas I had bought and dollar total. I blew up. The night crew needs supervison. And trained properly! Check your change...

Disappointed in our experience tonight. When we walked in there was music blaring from the kitchen. Three boys making pizza in kitchen. One girl on register. (Very friendly and helpful) We made our way over to the pizza warmer. They have pepperoni , sausage then one slice on the bottom that was mostly cheese but then a cluster of sausage on one small side. The pepperoni pizza had cheese on top of the pepperoni’s (never seen this at a caseys). Also one of the sausage slices had the tip of the pizza folded under the rest of it. It was a mess… the kitchen really needs new employees or better management. Iv never walked into a Casey’s wanting pizza and not buy any because it looked sooooo bad. I frequent this store.
