COCINA EL FRAN — Restaurant in Norwalk

It's a restaurant that is found in the middle of the neighborhood surrounding barking dogs and people watering their garden. Their outdoor patio and seats consist of two canopies and plastic chairs. The moment I reached the cashier...she opened the order window with a smile and a menu, and answered all of our questions. We waited for about 40 minutes for our 2 orders of shrimp noodles, 1 five dollar shrimp taco, and a shrimp plate my husband ordered. We didn't mind the wait as we literally just came back from camping at bass lake, where it was 104 degrees, and we were just relaxing after a long day of driving back home. The wait was worth it all....as we took the food home to eat...I have to say that this place makes the best quality tasting shrimp around! I'm an Asian, and the noodles is by far the Best tasting I have ever tasted compared to noodles made in an asian restaurant! I was so impressed...i was so happy to call my husband mexican, because i loved mexican food so much even more after this meal....It has that sweet, teriyaki, soy taste to it that I can't explain. All in all, I want to come back real soon!! Maybe after the next payday...because camping and the gas ride home was pricey. The price was...

I stopped by El Fran and it was amazing.. I got the Botana plate seafood dish with shrimp, octopus, avocado, and pickled onions, and it was super fresh and tasted so good 🤤😋 . The flavors were just perfect. The place is pretty chill, the staff was nice, and the food came out fast. If you’re in Norwalk, you gotta try it… I’m definitely...

I ordered 2 burritos and and a Taco Governador, it took over 25 minutes to get. Also they gave the customer that order 7 minutes behind their food first. I won’t recommend this...
