Learn what real espresso is supposed to be so you become informed and develop your palate. I have been looking for many years, and this place is the best I have found outside italy, and that includes NYC. Do not take it personally, but no other coffee shop can compete with an owner who knows exactly what he is doing- keeps espresso machine very clean, manages the grind perfectly and gets you the cream top you are looking for without being too bitter or acidic, so you can drink more than 3 and not feel bad afetrwards. We placed a catering order with Francesca's Deli on April 6, 2022. The gentleman we spoke with (believe his name was Sergio), was so very kind, considerate and helpful. We have never used Francesca's before, but after this, we will be sure to do so. Please visit Francesca's for a wonderful experience.

Update: We picked up our catering order on Saturday, April 9, 2022. The order was picture perfect and absolutely delicious. We are so glad that we ordered from Francesca's. Sergio is totally awesome. Also, he has the best Cappuccino in the entire world. ...

There are so many things that was great. Customer Service for one, food tasteful I had a bacon egg and cheese right amount of bacon to cheese ratio lol... Lets talk about the cappuccino wayyy better than Starbucks, Dunkin, and McDonalds combined. I work up the street this will be my go to...
