Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norwalk

We ordered online on a Wednesday and the estimated wait time was 10-15 minutes and I received an email saying it will be ready at 7:15. My husband, stopped to pick it up at 7:15 and waited for 30 minutes in the drive-up lane 3 cars deep. He finally was able to back out because the car behind him left and he parked to go inside. He picked up our order, and when he got home we discovered one of our pizza boxes was completely empty. Yes, empty. The employee told me "Well I asked him if he wanted to check them and he said it was alright" I informed them again that he had already waited 30 minutes in the drive up and was just trying to get home after work. They then told me "Oh I noticed that pizza was still here right after he left, and I was going to call but just didn't." Ummm???? The only reason I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the manager rectified the situation when I drove the empty box back to the store. She said she will provide a refund so we'll see if that happens... I know they were short staffed this night, so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after reading some other reviews, it seems lengthy wait times is a common occurrence at this location. I'm not sure where this issue stems from; management, ownership, corporate or otherwise, but it is very frustrating when there are already limited options in Norwalk for...

2 times in a week they have disappointed our family. 1st time was when they forgot our soda with our pizza.... And who eats pizza without soda by the way. So we called they gave us a $15 credit on our account we were fine with it. I decided today to treat my children to pizza since we're all locked in the house together well the guy in the following told me that he did not have any lettuce for the taco pizza but had everything else I stated that's OK we will take the pizza without lettuce as long as you have everything else Well needless to say pizza comes get my kids down to eat lunch and they literally give us a pizza with hamburger and refried beans on it. No tomatoes no onions no shredded cheese no chips nothing just the crust refried beans and hamburger I called to let them know what happen again and the guy who answered the phone automatically started to blame the driver for not putting the stuff on. I would think that it would be the person who prepared the pizza and cook it that would be responsible for it. I will never ever order from Pizza Hut in...

Norwalk, IA location: ordered online today and we got our pizza, bread sticks and pasta within 30 minutes which was great. Cut up some pizza for our two year old and the middle of the pizza was not cooked and it tasted like raw dough. We called and my wife talked to a lady saying she was the manager and would get us another pizza delivered back at the house 30 minutes later...almost and hour passed, tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. Finally got the corporate dispatch or whatever they call it. They even tried to call the store. They could not reach them. They messaged them to call us back... Well no call obviously.
