Encountered them at the Huron county fair. Best food truck ever !! The food and prices (6 to 10$) are spot on. The food was so good I felt like I should go into a quiet Room with candles and soft music and just enjoy. The 1st time there I got the philly cheese steak with their homemade coleslaw. This was some of the juiciest meat I've ever had in a philly. The coleslaw was freshly cut and delicious. 2nd time there I got the Otis sandwich. Delicious thick slices of roast beef and the jalapeno straws and horseradish just really top this off. Today was the last day of the fair so I figured let's try something out of my box and I got the Ronan baked potato for just $6 which was a deal once I got it. I'm not usually a fan of sauerkraut or mustard and these were ingredients on this potato. I can't even call it a potato because it was bigger than my shoe and I'm a size 11! It was perfectly baked and the stuff that they filled it with was delicious Guinness cheese, carmelized sauerkraut, corn beef and a homemade mustard sauce. Hands down one of the most fantastic food stops on a whim I've ever had!!! The set up inside is comfortable and warm with great decore...a real Irish pub setting all the way down to the Irish music in the background. The food is absolutely out of this world and high quality. The prices were awesome especially for how great the food was...this isn't your boring quick fried fast food stop leaving you still hungry and feeling blah. I got the smokehouse pulled pork quesadilla and red skin potato wedges and genesis chocolate cake. Every bite was just as good as the last leaving your heart sad when it was gone! My friends got the patty melt and brisket and that was fantastic too because of course we all had to sample each other's food. The staff was friendly and vibrant! All our waitress' suggestions were perfect for our meals. I can't compliment this establishment enough!!! Maybe it was just growing pains, but a friend and I sat at the bar area to watch a screensaver on the TV. We went there based on the online menu, which had smashburgers, but they don't serve those. Apparently when they were just a food truck, they did, so be warned not to bother with their website.

They messed up my friends order, but I'll refrain from discussing that in case he made his own review. I ordered the butter brisket baker (a baked potato dish). It was supposed to come with onions and mushrooms, but mine had maybe one. The potato was just warm and the brisket was cold. They also overcharged for the side, which was supposed to be $4. The atmosphere minus not having any cable service was nice.

I'll give them another chance if they are still there in a couple years. Based on the other reviews, I'm hopeful that we just got unlucky, but with such a bad experience, I am surprised that it...
