Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Norway

This is the worst customer service I have had anywhere in a long, long time. I downloaded the app, placed my order consisting of 2 items, it remained in prep phase for 45 mins before moving. It then progressed to bake and then ready for pickup fairly quickly but the problem was the so-called "pick up window". We got in line and were 5th in line. It moved pretty good until we were 3rd. The truck at the window received obviously slow service before leaving. The car directly in front of us literally waited 6 or 7 minutes before even having a face pop out of the window and then was told her order was still 7-10 minutes from complete. The CS rep literally told her she didn't have to get out of line meanwhile here we are next and our order was ready. My wife got out to go in so lady in front recognized she should move. Friday night we ordered online at 530ish. We get there at 550, the manager tells us it'll be another 25- 30 minutes. Okay- no biggie its Friday and i have worked in the industry 10+years. Husband goes inside at the 25 minute mark and the young woman gets snippy and says another 15-20 minutes even though the app says 10 minutes.... so Again, we wait. Then hit the drive through. The young girl leans out the window and says, somehow with all the chaos our order was given away and it will be another 15 to 20. No real apology, just an eye roll and the excuse that "its really busy tonight" Hands down WORST service we ever experienced. I actually did not go to Domino's but went to cigarettes discounts across the street but the last time I did go to Domino's pizza it was not good at all. They had just recently opened so I know they were having a hard time with help but if it's that bad don't open. The pizza I got was dry, almost no sauce and not many topping either, bad, bad and bad. I waited over an hr wich I figure that's because everyone is new and getting use to things but no reason for that wait and still bad. The 1st Domino's I had was in Portland and one of the original stores in 1983 to 1986 and was the best pizza ever!! If you can't expand and provide the same quality don't expand!! I expect much better from the name alone, hope things have changed but haven't been back...
