We placed an order through the subway app for delivery. It is delivered by Doordash. Order placed, paid for delivered minus the bottle of coke. No worries we will call and get creditā¦..or get them to bring the coke. Well it turned out a missing coke is a much bigger issue!!!!! Manager of subway stated I could come pick it upā¦.Iām had it delivered for a reasonā¦.option 2ā¦I can come and get a refundā¦.Iām again had it delivered for a reasonā¦.. explains to the manager I canāt do either which is why I had it delivered. So I asked to have the coke credited to my cardā¦ā¦hmmm canāt do thatā¦.there system dose not allow them to access to refund. They can leave cash at the register. So the manger asked if she could call me back so she could look into the situation. I asked what was there to look into, she said to find out why the coke was missing. Ok so the store owner called backā¦.stated I had been given all the options they could offer. What could she do to make me happyā¦.I said deliver the coke! She said she couldnāt because she wasnāt protected on someone elseās property. Not sure what to say to this. Then I was told that she couldnāt make me happyā¦..sure you can deliver the coke or credit me the money. Nope canāt do either of thoseā¦.but I could reach out to doordash to have to have come and pick up the cokeā¦(yup you guessed it for an additional delivery fee). I asked her if door dash received to the coke with order or if the it was missed at the store. She said mistakes happen, the employee missed putting it the bag. I could call door dash to credit my card. I asked for the number, I was told I could look it up on lineā¦ā¦..hmmmmm this is customer service at its finestā¦..to err is human and mistakes do happen..,,.recovery is really what makes the customer experience. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe sandwitch quality today was not up to par. There were 2 young men one of which was making the sandwitches and the other at the register. I am thinking they may be new hires but not sure. I ordered 2 foot long subs one of which was a cold cut combo and the other a turkey/ham combo. Neither sandwitch was up to par tho one of them was worse than the other. The bread was coming all apart on the bottom when I unwrapped the sandwitch which was not tightly wrapped to begin with. The ham especially on my ham/turkey sub was so thin you could see thru it. If this is the new standard for subway I won't be back. I also was not happy about them changing the ham/turkey combo to just one of the other and if you want both you have to pay an xtra $2 plus which is most definitely not worth it given the thickness of the cuts of meat. I can understand that if they were new employees they well might have been a little nervous as business was a little brisk but just wanted to make someone alert that my sandwitches anyway were not what I usually can expect from Subway. The women working there were very kind and had the greatest positive attitudes I've ever encountered in a Subway. They were very positive and polite and smiling. They even laughed when my friends and I made that stupid "were together but were not "together" joke. Everything about my visit was pleasant until my sandwich was all goneš¢. But the memories will live on because on top of all that. The sandwich they gave me was so beautiful I actually did a double take ššštook a pic ššš¤¤š¤³ and then went home and wrote this review....
