My last visit could have been definitely better, I had to use the carside pick up option because I was not going to leave my child in the car alone. I was very patient and respectful when waiting for my food, I had called the store per the apps instructions to inform the employees inside that I was there. It took 3 times calling to get someone, which that was no issue for me cause I understand they must be pretty understaffed. But here's where the issue begins, when someone does answer she had a pretty bad attitude and just instructed me to park right by the takeout door. Where I was told to park it was pretty much blocking the way to drive out of the store since it's all one way. Then when one of them brings out my food, they don't even confirm that it's even mine, she just tells me "heres your food" and practically shoves it in my face trying to push all the food I ordered through my driver side window. And I had a big dinner box with extras on the side, and my car isn't that big. And as I'm struggling to fit everything in my front passenger seat, she just sighs and walks off without saying anything else. If your employees can't handle doing carside along with everything else, then the carside option should be taken off till more people are working so this doesn't...
Read moreI heard on Facebook that Pizza Hut was back, and open for real dining, salad bar and all. I took my son in for dinner on Sunday night at 6:30. We walked in to an empty dining room. There were 5 people working. The salad bar looked old and wilted, with rusty lettuce. We ordered a Supreme pizza with stuffed crust. While waiting, we noticed all 4 tvs had "Paws TV" on. There was a show about bats and rats on the screen. I went to the front counter and asked if they would put the Dallas/Giants football game one one of the tvs. I was told Paws TV is all we could watch, and that Pizza Hut was paid to show it exclusively. There is no volume on the TV. Just film of bats and rats. We listened to very loud conversations by staff in the open kitchen, as if they were at home. The pizza was good, however they could have put some more toppings on. You guys just don't get it. The place is empty. No sports. No music. Loud employees. Old salad in salad bar. Skimping on toppings. Do you want people to come back? You have a lot of work to do. Start with a manager who understands hospitality. Make it comfortable and inviting. Do SOMETHING! GEEZ.. Now, a girl in the kitchen is singing loudly and others are hooting and cheering. Like listening to kids on a high school...
Read moreThe worst experience and pizza that tasted like cardboard. We arrived here for a quick bite, and we waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. After sitting down, a waitress came to our table and asked us what we wanted. She seemed out of it to the point where I wanted to ask what strain of weed she was smoking as she could barely get anything correct.
We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 Hawaian and a Buffalo Chicken. We also ordered drinks which didn't come out until after the meal and they were incomplete at best. We asked for plates and none were provided. The waitress never came back to our table to ask how anything was. The pizza I had was plain chicken with no flavor. It was not even Buffalo chicken, and there was no sauce. My friend didn't even get cream and sugar for his coffee despite asking more than once.
I complained to the manager and had to tell her 3 times that this issue was currently occurring as she had issues comprehending that we were currently dining at the restaurant.
I would like to know what everyone there was smoking as everyone was acting like they were walking zombies.
In the future, I would suggest that the staff refrains from partaking in the whacky tobacky before and...
