Enough with the "we're short staffed" excuses, everywhere is. Start taking responsibility for when you guys make mistakes due to your own errors. The past 3 times there's been an issue such as completly forgetting to make my drinks or losing my order print out and instead of asking for the drinks again, girls just decided to keep helping everyone else including those after me until I said something. Excuse was "we're short staffed." Mmk enough of that, being short staffed doesn't excuse you from doing your job poorly and has 0 correlation with if you lose a receipt or forget to make coffees. That's on YOU. Maybe once the girls working here stop using lame excuses for their shortcomings and actually improved on them, things would get better. However that's obviously not going to happen and it's just become increasingly worse. Stop chatting with each other about things that have 0 to do with work when you have a lobby full of people and a line in the drive through. Maybe then youll notice the people who you've forgotten to help 🙄. And especially stop using staffing as your reasoning for messing up. Own it, apologize, improve. When I brought it back the slender young man with glasses (short hair ? Wearing a headset) first accused me of lying stating that no bagels had been purchased recently. He was aggressive and angry, his body language put me on defense. I was grateful I was in my vehicle and not standing in front of him as he seems violent and struggles to control his emotions and temper. Both my son and I felt threatened by his behaviors. Never once did he offer any type of solution to the issue, he kept telling me "that's how we do it here!" He turned his back to me, walked away and started pacing through the store in an aggressive Manor. With the amount of creme cheese he is using that store should be losing money in no time. And with customer service like that I can't see anyone coming back if they take the time to bring their order back once they are met with service like that.
