I never usually review anything, but each time I’ve stopped here before studying the barista will make me a cold brew with milk instead of an iced latte like I ask. I don’t know if things are broken or the barista just wants to save time, but please don’t do that or at least say the espresso machine isn’t working.
Response to owner: I really don’t want to sound like a Karen but this is baffling. I’ve been a barista in a couple popular chains and I’ve never heard of any cafe doing this. Calling a cold brew with milk an iced latte is misleading due to differences in taste AND caffeine content. I’d rather not be bouncing off the walls with anxiety because I had a large cold brew when I thought I’d be getting ~2-3 espresso shots. It is also cheaper to make, leading me to believe this response that “customers prefer this” to be a bit disingenuous. If customers prefer cold brew, they’ll order cold brew.
