Stop responding to my issues. I spoke to Adam regarding the issue of the attached screen and although he tried to assist me and I tightened the screw, the screen was not working properly. This is not my first time fixing my computer. I have been calling them all day yesterday 3/15 and today 3/16/21, but no one answered me and their voicemail is full. In addition to the issues from missing items and product not working, now I have a deficient product that I have to place something underneath to keep it up and I have to buy the missing cable so I can use the product. I called their main line, Adam's direct line but no one is answering me. I was about to cancel my previous review on Amazon but I am leaving it since the responses were unsatisfactory.
