I can’t believe I’m writing this and I can’t believe what just happened to me today. I have been frequenting this location since I was a kid. This location had always helped me in my time of need and understands that in today’s economy they can provide you with a deal as best as possible. However, when the cashier redeem’d my coupon and accepted my payment I received HALF my order. I questioned this and they provided the next 3/4 of my order. I questioned THIS and then they provided my last item but did so in such a violent way that the employee shoved the item into the cashier’s face and hit her glasses and this was so clear to me that it was rude enough for me to write this review. Fast food service has declined rapidly as the world turns and the experience has only gotten worse and worse and worse no matter where you choose to eat. On a seperate note years ago one employee complimented me and told me I looked like a rockstar. I told her I had photos of my friend’s band and she wanted to see the photos so I trusted her and showed her 4 photos. She went to the back and gave me another compliment on the photos but returned with 3 photos. I drove home and realized I was too late and never got this employee’s name. I’ll never forget that exchange in 2019 and I’ll never forget my experience today. I can’t provide a review to BK directly because I did not...
Read moreRemove the timers so employees don’t feel rushed and stop asking customers to pull forwards!
ChatGPT explains it well but is annoying. I don’t get why annoy customers to meet false metrics.
“Drive-thru timers are used by most fast-food chains to monitor and improve their speed of service. These timers usually start when a car pulls up to the order window and continue until the car leaves the pickup window. By asking a customer to pull forward, the restaurant can: "Stop the clock" on that particular order, improving their recorded service time. Prevent holding up other customers who might place smaller or quicker orders. This strategy allows the staff to prepare your order without the pressure of a ticking timer, even if they have to bring the food out to you when it's ready.
While some customers may find this practice inconvenient, especially when there's no visible line, it's a common practice in the fast-food industry driven by their focus on speed and efficiency in drive-thru...
Read moreI very rarely wrote reviews - things have to be real good or real bad. I have been to this location three times, and my order was wrong three times. The first time they forgot the sauce that I had requested, which wasn't a deal-breaker but was a bummer. The second time the person at the window misheard when I asked for mozzarella sticks and said jalapeno poppers instead. I told him no, not jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks. I ended up with both, and charged for both. Not a huge deal, wasn't worth turning around and going back for a $1.50 worth of food. The third time, today, I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal with no pickles. I got a regular Whopper with no lettuce. I'm a vegetarian and couldn't even eat it. I didn't have time to turn around and go back to ask them to fix it because I was on my way to work. If I had had the time to turn around, I would have chosen a better place to eat than Burger King. I will not ever be coming to this location again, even if it is on my...
