Dunkin' — Restaurant in Norwood

I wish I could give this place no stars because they are that terrible the manger is the reason she be outside smoking weed with them and I smoke but if the manager doesn’t care how can your expect your employees. I’m a general manger myself and I hate to do this but there has been NO IMPROVEMENT here none in the last two years I even stopped going because it was so bad and I’m just tired of this location ruining the start to me day. I asked for my bacon crispy dude with the big finger tips literally said he’s not doing that guess he forgot his speaker was on and he didn’t do it either this location needs to be watched for at least 3 months by management until they improve they don’t care where are the owners I understand it’s jus coffee and donuts but where is the care for your business because the people you are entrusting to run it daily sure don’t. It’s a easy job they aren’t being watched and they are taking advantage of it fix this damn location already I only have this a start because you can’t give a review without on but I’m so tired of this location it’s sucks and you guys need to check on...

I don't normally review places but the exceptionally slow and poor service by the employees at this particular dunkin donuts was enough to push me into writing a review. I live in the area and have been here a few dozen times, not one of those visits has been good. Every single time I am forced to come here (normally just because I'm driving by and need a coffee) the wait times are excessive, the staff members literally sound stoned and barely able to form sentences. I don't order much, almost always just a coffee, there was not a line and yet I am still forced to sit at the ordering window for ten mins before someone even takes my order, and then wait another ten mins for them to pour a coffee. Took me 50 minutes to get my order and I’ve been here multiple times and this has never happened to me ever. the workers were extremely rude and gave dirty looks to me and my fello friends. we watched as the people going to bigY for there groceries would come back all done with there groceries and that showed us the passing. the food tasted raw and the woman that worked had to ask me multiple times what I ordered and carried incredibly negative energy when giving us our food that we have been waiting one hour for.
