Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Novato

I'm writing this review and giving it the rating that I'm giving it because I believe this place has the potential to be a great restaurant.

I've been here multiple times - but I guess I've never paid too much care to all the little things that make this place. ..well, not so great. The primary reason why I have never paid too much attention has been because: 1) I have usually been there to celebrate a birthday , 2) too busy running after my child...which in this case motivated me to write this review...

This place has a policy that if your child has a certain age but wants to go in to the playground, a parent has to accompany them...

So I did, ...we crawled through the playground tunnels, till my 3 year old requested that we go down the slide...so we make our way there and before entering that section - I clearly see rat feces around the entrance of their slide. I immediately took my little one out and we washed hands...

I decided to kinda brush it off and try their arcade...guess what 2 of the machines ate my money; I managed to get a refund for one...

The conclusion is that this place is in NOVATO - a city full of families - and it seems like this ROUND TABLE has been in operation for a while....but wouldn't it be great if it cleaned up (and sanitized/ disinfected) so that novato families could...

Round Table Novato has been my go to pizza place since at least the early 90’s. One might say I’m bias as I did work there from 93-95 until I was out of high school. Though to be perfectly honest that store has always held its employees to a higher expectation. The product has always been 100% top notch. Seeing the store now after the recent renovations I’m completely blown away as to exactly how much better it looks in there. It went from basically a somewhat dark and dreary castle dungeonesqe ambiance. To the light almost airy atmosphere you see now. With so many more beer options and much more inviting seating options. I can’t wait to get a few friends together to get a nice large pizza and some cold pints. Well done Round Table. Well done...

Just moved to the area and wanted to try out a good local spot. I was at first disappointed to see that a round table chain had the best reviews near me. I was unsure about ordering here but went for it because of the reviews. Wow! This pizza was great. I ordered the veggie special xtra large and it did not disappoint. They loaded it up and cooked it well enough that it wasn’t soggy in the middle. We also ordered the family caesar salad and it was plenty for my husband and I to share. Overall the experience reminded of us Me-n-Eds (our fave from Fresno). We ordered for curbside and didn’t even have to call. They came right out to us as soon as they saw our described vehicle. We will definitely be back. Don’t knock...
