Burger King — Restaurant in Oʻahu

It seems like this location is always just a cut above the others on Oahu. The quality of their products and service here is the reason I consider them my favorite Burger King. Their Whoppers always come out fast, friendly, and looking like the pictures of what they're supposed to look like. When I ask for extra pickles or onions or something they always give me more than my money's worth. The only thing that isn't good is their very narrow and a little difficult the navigate is the horribly designed drive thru. You can see by the marks on the curb how they've ruined a few rims mine included from the first time I used it at night, I prefer to go inside if I have the time for that reason. The only one worse than theirs is the Taco Bell in Kailua and I have to wonder who not only designed it but who paid big bucks for it to be designed and built and then looked at the design specs and later the finished product and said "Oh yeah that looks good and our customers will love it". We don't, and that's why they don't get five stars!!! The food and crew do...

I came through the drive through 3 minutes ago and ordered my food. The speaker was cutting in and out so I couldn’t understand the lady very well which usually isn’t a problem but after repeating my order because on the screen it wasn’t showing up what I said she aggressively yelled at me. I can understand raising your voice for me to hear you, but she aggressively yelled. When I got to the window a nice younger girl helped me out with my card and getting the food but the lady who was taking orders seemed to still be mad and was showing it to the younger girl. I work in food too so I usually don’t complain about food places but this was uncalled for and I will not be coming back. This wasn’t the first time myself of someone I know has a problem with this location but this time really did it for us...

The place was fine, friendly and fast, but the only thing I didn't like AT ALL, was the way the man I think is the manager of the place it looked to me he was mistreating the new young boy working at the counter mainly it looked like he was intimidating him at the point that upset me very much and I had to tell the young man not to let the man push him around with intimidation like that and he said he was new at the job. The young man was doing very well at the counter and maintaining the place clean swiping the place while no customers were there. Perhaps the company should treat the managers how to treat the new workers with kindness after all we started the same way. Learning from the once with the experience because that older man...
