my boyfriend and I had to use the bathroom so we went here because it was the closest place to go.
I went in the bathroom first and while I was in the bathroom, the worker asked my boyfriend if anyone was in there he said yes my girlfriend is in there then the worker proceeded to knock on my door and ask if anyone was in there then I said yes as well then she said “there can’t be two people in there, you need to get out now”
then my boyfriend told her “no only my girlfriend is in there. I’m waiting for her.” She still proceeded to tell me to get out because there were two people in there which there weren’t
so I rushed to get out and she then looks at me and tells me where is the other person that can’t be two people and I told her there’s no one else in here. I was trying to use the bathroom then I get no response and they just stare at me as I walk out.

Read morePut in an order and was told to wait as they had to make a portion of the food in my order. The food I was waiting on came out, but I saw them literally forget about filling the rest my order and they filled everyone else’s food with this newly made food…while my half done order sat there getting cold and stale. Then when I bring it up, Vanessa says they gave all the food up and had to make a new batch again.
So I had to wait twice as long, while the rest of my food got cold.
Then the manager kept fighting me on the order. Kept stating that my order was right, when I kept telling them it was wrong. Told them THREE times that it wasn’t right. I had to keep telling the MANAGER 3x to open it , and guess what…I was right. They eventually fixed the order.
Tossing in some extra, messy steak bits to get all over the rest of my food is not an apology.
I don’t know if it was an off night or what. Typically this place is alright, but whichever team was working tonight probably doesn’t reflect the best of this place. Decent customer service...
Read moreI came into the restaurant today with my 4 sons after their doctors appointment around 3:15pm and it wasn’t crowded or super busy. We ordered and sat down to eat. After we finished my youngest son who has ADHD accidentally knocked over his drink and it got all over the table and ground. We were trying to clean it up with napkins but they said they would do it. Two of the female workers were staring and looked annoyed that they had to clean it up. The only kind employee was a lady named Mandy, she came over with a mop and didn’t make us feel bad because obviously it was an accident. I apologized twice and the other workers didn’t say anything. Even my 5 year old son kept apologizing. They need to do better with customer service and compassion.
