The popolo guy was amazing and trying even tho he didn’t take my order. Aunty that I think runs the show was not helpful at all. I informed her I waited an hour and she said ? “Oh what you ordered… n said oh yah I just made it!” Mind you I ordered it at 5:30 and it went in at 6:15! The best thing it was sitting for long time on rack and all she was worried was about the boxes being labeled. Had customers and she payed no mind in asking if anyone been help or need help. She assumed everyone was helped. The best part, I was first to order at 5:30 and 4 people came after me got all there orders plus Del man took 4boxs pizza for delivery 🙄best part this is all made n done after my order (small order) as I walked out delivery man returns. Everyone happy n all I got was so sorry thank u for waiting 🧐 nothing offered in the long wait just sorry n it’s being made responses. I know they busy n work hard but sorry they were not busy...

Used app to order. Easy use. It also tracks status of your order. No more lost or late orders. Excellent location. Just zip in and out from waipahu road. Plenty of parking. The sausage pizza was great. Because we had ordered half and half, and had to pay as if we ordered a full pizza, we joked and asked if we could take the full portion of topping and put it on the half. What do you know. They did. For those of you who don't know. They charge for toppings. Now if you order half n half. You get only half toppings but still get charged as if it was a full pizza. So if you ordered a full pepperoni you would get sixteen slices of pepperoni. If you asked for half pepperoni, you only get eight slices. So instead of two pieces of pepperoni on each slice, I now get FOUR! I had to drop one star for, no pepper flakes, pramesan, and garlic sauce. Still had...

I called papa johns waipahu to order and i use my cp they answer the phone but they tell me to hold waited for 11mins still no one picking up,i dial papa johns on my homephone and grace answer it and help me i place a take out order and i tell her that i called and they ask me to hold and untill now still on hold i make her hear the commercial of papa johns on my cp,and she ask apology i just wanna share as if u guys calling and waited too long just hang up and dial again.....updating to 5stars eventhough i waited on the phone for 11 mins they rush to cook my pizza...satisfied...
