Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Best deals from the most courteous and professional staff in the area! Literally just ordered for the 4th time in 3 days because family loves the pastas and breads. Drivers are always polite and fun - we check the tracker to see who is going to be delivering the order and know them by name and face by now. The tracker is my favorite option so we know the progress of the order and I feel knowing who is coming to your door gives a nice secure feeling as you’re not opening the door to a stranger. And you can set up a text that will notify you when you’re driver is 2 mins away so you can be ready with money by the door instead of scrambling when the driver knocks. I’m starting to get the feeling the drivers know our order and us the second the order hits their system - but I’m okay with that! We try to tip well because we’ve only had positive encounters with the drivers. One fav, Jason, noticed our sauces were not included in our order and given our positive history I told him it was ok because I was sure we had some from previous orders. He apologized and left only to return before we had our plates set up to eat with the missing sauces. He did it without being asked and we appreciate him making sure we were satisfied. Another driver arrived 5 mins quicker than my husband and I did not have enough cash to completely pay for our order. He had other deliveries to make and since he knew we were regulars told me to take the order so it would be hot and he’d return for full payment on his way back to the store. I was impressed with his willingness to do that for us - and when he returned for payment I thanked him for his trust. He stated he didn’t want us or his other deliveries to have a cold meal. I am still impressed with his concern and willingness to offer to do something extra and out of his way for us so we, along with other families, could enjoy dinner. Absolutely terrible experience with this Domino's. Three times now this location has made mistakes on my order. The first time I was given cold pizza. Actually cold to the touch. It took over two hours to get my pizza. This was about two or three months ago. The staff was very rude in the process as in I had messed up some how.

The second time was about two weeks ago. I got a medium pan pizza. The dough was raw on the pizza. As in I could pull the dough about 3 inches away from the pizza raw. When I called, again I was given the attitude that I was an inconvenience and I was the one who screwed up. They got me another pizza sent to me around 50 minutes later. When the driver arrived he said not a word to me, handed me the pizza turned and walked away giving me this look like I had just done something to insult him.

Today I ordered two pizzas and a cheesy bread with two garlic sauces which I paid for. No garlic sauce, seems pretty but I paid about $2 for it and it just pisses me off at this point. Not going to bother calling the store as I just won't get my sauce before we eat the pizza and I really don't feel like dealing with some condescending teenagers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Domino's has some pretty solid pizza, but this location is absolute hot garbage as far as customer service and quality. Just pick another location and carry out or just go to another pizza place nearby. We have plenty on highway k to choose from that have better pizza and far better customer service.

My family and I have gave this store numerous chances, The last few months we have ordered the pizza is cold or all over the place like the driver dropped the pizza and sauce on top of the box, we have not had the pizza nor the bread cut all the way, the pizza is sloppy and not even any breading or toppings on it. It’s literally like eating cardboard and completely SAD AND FRUSTRATING!! If I’m going to pay for food I would like to get what I paid for and it made the RIGHT WAY!! Not have problems every single time and having to report it and that does nothing so I am here to LEAVE A REVIEW TO LET OTHERS KNOW AT THIS POINT! I rather buy a frozen pizza from the store than consider this Dominos again. Tonight 3/18/2025 around 8:55pm we have received our order and just absolutely sad and does not even look good. The pizza looks thrown together, the stuffed crust cheese part is not cooked all the way, the cheese bread was just the crust/bread part no cheese bread or nothing and all together was the size of my hand and I know normally they’re a at least filling/a bit bigger. I’m overall just upset with this store in general and done wasting my money to buy from here. I’m not one to leave reviews but enough is enough and I get mistakes but when it becomes a constant issue for months each delivery or pick up ENOUGH IS ENOUGH AND hopefully the Store manager or owner can look in on this.
